I give the warehouse 4 stars, for the speed to load you, they deserve 5 ☆ but they only have one problem and it is the girl who is in shipping, she is RASIST, she started yelling at me because I spoke to her in Spanish, and she told me that the people in ? ? He can survive without speaking Spanish, and he smashed the door when he left..

There product might be great but Their sales Reps aren't the best. Instead of doing their job and selling their product for 3 months he spent numerous hours a week on the phone/showing up making house calls and having a affair on his wife with the person I was with. Nothing like Hagens sales reps going the extra mile to screw over their clients one affair at a time #homewrecker #cheaters

I went on their website to order a 5 pack of fountain filters for the cats water fountain. They were out of the 5 pack so I ordered 2-2 packs. Upon reviewing what they charged me for, they are sending 1-2 pack and charging $16.33 for shipping and handling. When I contacted them, I was told no you only ordered one pack and I can't change your order. So I paid $6.99 for 2 filters and $16.33 to ship it from MA to Wisconsin. They're claiming the weight of shipping is 6 lbs. I currently have one filter that is completely soaked with water that doesn't even weigh one pound. You tell me how 2 dry filters magically weighs 6 lbs? An absolute scam. Do not order from this company. Double check what you order because it will magically change and you'll make up for the loss by them doubling shipping charges.

Excellent service!The staff was amazing. They had me loaded expeditiously. From the time I arrived I was loaded within a half an hour. The morale and the shipping office was awesome. Such a very dedicated team playing establishment.

I can’t speak for someone else’s experiences they’ve had at the Rolf C. Hagen warehouse, because I can only speak of my own experience. I’d be thrilled to load out of that facility again anytime, after the speedy manner I was taken care of, even after showing up a day early for my scheduled appointment. The ladies in the office were exceptional, getting me checked in, loaded, and departed expeditiously (yes, a fancy word for quick fast and in a hurry). Pleasant attitudes made my time there and my day even better. And let me note—I’m not being paid to say this either; it’s all facts. Well, I’ve said enough. Stop by for your own personal experience with them...like I did. Special thanks to the entire team and staff for taking care of me, when they could have easily said “it’s not your appointment time. Thank you all...

Amazing products absolutely horrible customer service. I'm a small business listed as one of their "premium" dealers and they treat me like absolute garbage. It takes months and months to get product with no updates along the process and when they make a mistake I am the one that seems to pay for it. Somehow Hagen has managed to lose several PALLETS of equipment over the past few years. These pallets are traveling private freight from the bottom of California to the North Bay in California - how? And when they do lose stuff it takes months and months for replacements if you ever get them at all. Right now I am still waiting for a credit from an order placed and lost almost 5 months ago. Their excuse is that the lady that use to do that retired... When I contact them on the phone regarding these issues they always just say they will pass along the information but that they cannot help me themselves nor give me any type of timeline for when I may receive help. Fluval is one of my top selling brands but I'm getting to the point where it is just not worth dealing with this company.
