Had an long-standing appointment for a covid vaccine. When I arrived I was told they ran out of vaccines hours before but no one took time to call me and staff didn't seem to care. I had to take off work and drive across town at rush hour for this...very disappointed and feeling disrespected.

The Walgreen's in Reading was not only open on Christmas Day, also, had gift cards. Also, a helpful cashier. She was tired and had to stay longer, as her replacement was late Even so, she was patient and helpful.

I went to this store and it looked under stocked and was a bit of a mess. saw many things out of stock and that need attention. its a bit of as we call it here a Getto type of Walgreens.

I visited this location a few days ago on Labor Day. There was only one employee working. I went in to take a passport photo. After waiting a few minutes, he was able to assist me. Even though the store was pretty busy for one employee, he was pleasant to everyone and gave each customer the time he/she needed.

Old School Pharmacy feel. Pharmacists who care, thoroughly explain what you are taking, interactions to be careful of, and make recommendations and give advice when asked.

This Walgreens is in very convenient location in downtown Malden. Parking is a breeze as they have a very large private lot. The store is about average when it comes to cleanliness. The staff seemed polite and knowledgeable in stocked products. Check out was quick and easy. I give this Walgreens location a Solid 3 Stars

Last night we were in the area and needed to grab some cold medicine, so we decided to stop in at this Walgreens. This was the first time we have been to this store and overall we were impressed by the location. The store itself was well stocked and organized. It was very easy to find what we're looking for and they had an amazing selection of seasonal items (this time of year Valentines Day). The staff here was incredibly polite and actually seemed like they cared about providing good customer service. The only minor critique we had about this location was the fact that since we stopped in after a snowstorm the parking lot and walkways were incredibly slippery. Beyond that, the overall experience was great and we will keep this location in mind for the future when we are in the area.

I love Walgreen's in general, but I really like this location. The main reason it is my fav is because it is a 10 minute walk from my house. I can walk in there looking like a hot mess and dance down the aisles singin along to the Muzak and nobody really cares. They don't give me strange looks or try to kick me out or anything...lol. The cashier's do not look unhappy and sullen. They seem sincerely happy to help you. Even when I have to use the bathroom there they don't give me venomous looks. There is a Rite Aid across the street, but I think I will stay on the Walgreen's side.
