Beautiful area but quite a few issues I have noticed. Awful smells and terrible ventilation, no sound proofing and kids entering buildings who don't live here.

I moved to Market Street Apartments 2-1/2 years ago and love it here.Starting with the staff, as others have said, we have the best.Lisa, who manages leasing, extends herself in every instance.She truly cares about her residents, which is a rare trait.Maintenance is incredible. They’re talented and hard working so it’s as if one has their own handyman available.The location is very convenient and great for walkers. The grounds are beautifully maintained.i love the layout of my apartment and my view of Pillings Pond.Sunsets are my favorite!I came here right after retirement and plan to keep Market Street as my home.

My husband and I are so happy here. The apartment is quiet and well laid out. With shops, food store and restaurants across the street, it's like living in the city but still a small town. Gorgeous sunsets and literally, saw swans on the lake.

I would like to share my experiences with Market Street Apartments with all of you. I searched for months trying to find the perfect place to fit my lifestyle. Market Street not only had the most professional employees working with me to make my dream come true, but the entire environment, amenities and community helped me make my decision that this was the place for me. I have never been so happy and felt so safe with my surroundings. Maintenance team I cant say enough about. This group of hard working people not only solve each request you have , but they perform in such a professional manner and always with a smile. Building is always clean and quiet. Love, love the pool during the warm months, nothing relaxes me more. I recommend Market Street Apartments to all who are searching for the perfect home.

The transition from a condominium to my apartment at Market Street was easy. It is a very comfortable, quiet, scenic communitywith many amenities, friendly, kind neighbors and a helpful,friendly management and maintenance team.Wonderful access to the shops, restaurants and walking areasat Market Street. We are close to major highways and located in the lovely town of Lynnfield.

Beautiful homes and wonderful community. Judy, Lisa, and on site staff are extremely helpful and pleasant. If you’re looking to rent on the north shore this is your best bet.

A great place to live. Close to shop at high end stores, A walking path that makes you enjoy the outdoors. Friendly tenants and a great service staff.They have a pool, outside grill to use and a gym that you can enjoy at any time. What else can you want at an apartment complex.

Although market street can be a plus to live at. The rental market is a bit off the charts. Selling Lynnfield as a rental and a red headed step child to a Weston, Lexington or Wellesley isn't really good. A better value can be found for less or buying!

I have lived at MarketStreet for about 5 or 6 years now, and I love it! It is clean and well taken care of, and the grounds are beautiful. I especially like looking out my windows at the conservation property and enjoy all the birds, but mostly the swans. It is a friendly place, with staff ready to assist you with any problems. The location could not be better. I would recommend the apartments to anyone.
