I just started on a re-sell APP and this post office is right down the street. I love it! Service is great, the line goes fast and no hassle.

Went to this usps on a Saturday 03/11/23 at 12:50 and it was supposed to be open until 1:30pm, but there was a sign on the door saying “out for lunch”. The store never opened again on this Saturday.

Never opens or closes in normal business hours. Can't get at your pobox without them open. Charges for a mailbox is crazy.

As I've mentioned before,I don't understand why the substitute that's working this week can't seem to find my house with 3 mailboxes. We get mail everyday but not the last 2 days. This happens everytime our carrier is off and makes no sense. These people should be fired or written up everytime this happens.

The Staff at this location are 2 of the friendliest people I've ever encountered. I come in there with at least 30 priority envelopes to mail, each one having to be manually entered. It can be time-consuming and tedious. Kelly has helped me the last 2 times I've been in and the other woman (whose name has escaped me, sorry!) helped me during my first visit. Both have been so great, helpful and friendly. They get me in and out of there in record time and make my experience very pleasant. Heck, even the fellow customers I've encountered there are super friendly, too! It's nice to be helped by people that are happy to be helping! Great work, keep it up!

The only phome number is for the USPS website, which despite being a customer service number, does not allow you to talk to a customer service representative (despite the recorded information saying you can). The 1 post office in Lynn that has it's own phone number either doesn't answer, or always passes you off to the website number.
