I sent my brother for a maximum refund but they didn't do whatever they could to maximize it. I really liked them and since my brother is going through a rough time I imagined they would try everything like they did for me

Any other time I've gone to this location, I loved it. But sadly, the two people who would normally do my taxes have left. The GM Arianna is still there and she's amazing, hence the overall 3 star review. If it was her doing my taxes the whole time, it would have been 5 stars. But there's only so much she can do on her own. I got placed with a guy who, although a nice enough person, clearly didn't know what he was doing. He had to be corrected so many times by the staff, who made him start over several times, then lastly by the GM herself. He even failed to understand what tabs are in a browser. Something that's second nature to kids online. The whole ordeal took much longer than it should have taken. So I'm not comfortable paying the service fee this time around. Arianna, I know you're reading this. Please waive the fee just this once. I've been a loyal customer for years and I want remain a part of the Liberty Tax family.

I worked with Ariana for the first time and she made the process so easy. Normally I dread doing my taxes but not anymore, she knew exactly what to look for and she approaches every person on a situational basis, addressing their individual circumstances. This was not the plug and play that I was accustomed to! I am going to be a lifetime customer moving forward.

My name is Nancy Cook and I've been going to Liberty Taxes on Lewis St In Lynn for over 10yrs. and I would never go anywhere else Arianna is the best. Very friendly atmosphere staff is very friendly also. Everyone makes you feel comfortable you may have to wait a little bit of time but she has coffee and you don't feel like your waiting to get your taxes done I go there feeling like it a night out to socialize and meet nice people. In the end I'm always happy with my results. Arianna is very good at here job and I appreciate how professional she is. If you haven't been there give it a try I think you will be happy also.

Ariana is knowledgeable, trustworthy, and an expert in her field. When it comes to taxes you want to make sure that you are working with someone who knows what they are doing. Ariana never fails! I have been coming for 3 years now and very thankful to have an accountant like her. Highly recommended!!!

Ive been going to Arianna for years. she has extensive knowledge of the tax systems and always keeps that knowledge up to date. I did Uber Eats all last year as my only income and she still managed to get me a refund large enough to cover the cost of her service and then some. Dont think about it just go to her. Only downside "if youre petty" she has so many clients that its hard for her to keep appointments on time, however the wait is well worth it
