nice place but the tall pharmacist guy is very rude, doesn't seem to want to help everyone or know how to appropriately speak with most of the spanish ladies that go in, main reason why my mother wont be going back and alot of her friends left, and it sucks because they were so conveniently located. just remember costumer service is important and if you have none your business is going to suffer.

I’m always without my medication. Currently I’m waiting on a delivery that the pharmacy has had the prescription for over a week and I still don’t have it. They don’t care if you are without your meds. They don’t care if you are not supposed to suddenly stop taking your meds. They don’t care if you have terrible side effects from not taking your medication. They just keep telling you that you will get it tomorrow. But you don’t and they don’t care. If you call nobody knows what’s going on. If you finally get a manager they just lie and say your order is on its way. I’ve already been hospitalized for being without medication too long. But they won’t make it right.

This place has great customer service. I was able to fill a prescription that was impossible to find at other local pharmacies (I called at least a dozen)and it was delivered within two days of the order!!! I can absolutely recommend it highly and will be using Eastern as my number one pharmacy for my future health needs!!!

I have said this before and will say it again. DO NOT leave my medication at my door or with ANYONE except ME!! I live in a house with people who will steal my medication. I am prescribed a controlled substance and under ANY circumstances should they be left or given to someone else like they were TODAY!! So why is the delivery driver leaving them with someone besides myself? I was lucky THIS time! And for the love of god, PLEASE stop ringing the doorbell continuously for over 10 minutes and ringing the wrong house. I'm on the first floor which it clearly states next to the doorbell, NOT the 3rd floor that I was told was being rung repeatedly until someone finally answered it. Ridiculous!

The pharmacist told me 4 days in a row the prescriptions are in the car on the way to your home to be dropped off......well that was a lie because there still not here and it's day 5. ?

I absolutely LOVE this pharmacy!!! Everything is handled professionally and all the staff is amazing! Also, I've NEVER had a pharmacy deliver my prescriptions right to my house particularly when I forget when their due to be refilled.Evan is a great guy. He always takes care of my concerns and will contact my doctor if doctor needs to approve a prescription.❤️ 100%Recommend them to everyone!

Recently transferred my prescriptions from a chain pharmacy because I was looking for some better personalized service. So glad I did, it was such a pleasant experience with fast , friendly service. So refreshing to have a person that actually answers the phone and offer assistance without waiting on hold for 30 min. I would highly recommend Eastern Pharmacy.

Just recently just found out about this pharmacy from an old friend amazing staff especially from a tech named Lex she was very helpful on the phone and got all my deliveries to be sent out the same day it was called in ! I would recommend this pharmacy to all my friends and family !

Sooo where do I start.. I was so greatful for the help I thought this pharmacy offered but instead was treated like trash and thrown away when they accidently filled my controlled substance 2 weeks early and the receptionist or pharmacy tech admitted to it and apologized said it was set to auto fill and wouldn't happen again because not only did this pharmacy make me look bad to my dr they also made me look like I was med seeking when I never asked for these specific meds to be delivered and honsestly thought they were just helping me have all my meds set on one date.. I recently tried to get an early override for the first time this year for a paid training out of state for 2 and a half weeks so this pharmacy didn't have my meds so had them transferred to cvs.. now cvs is going off my last fill date when he shorted me one box of zubsolv and 30mg of clonazapam for a month denied it and said if I didn't go with his concocted story he would tell my dr I was med seeking and he was gonna lie to protect his employees and to never contact his store again ... not only did they get me fired from my job they lied and extorted and slandered my name with other pharmacies and my dr just by filling my med 2 weeks too early now this month I can't even get my meds on time and I was shorted last month so I have to stretch my meds as much as I can until cvs will fill mine.. and I even tried getting my dr to understand this and since I'm not another medical professional he didn't want to listen to me or even consider that this pharmacist did something illegal and blamed me the patient over getting only 2 out of 3 boxes of zubsolv and 90 out of 120 mg of clonazapam and since I switched the pharmacy because of eastern pharmacies actions it made me look even worse and even had to call local and federal law enforcement agencies so they can listen to the recorded calls because I'm being treated like bottom of the barrel trash when this pharmacy could've killed me if I didn't know how to manage my medication correctly to not become sick because of them.. I just couldn't believe a pharmacist would intentionally lie about a patient to cover his ass and his employees that made the mistake and made me look like I was the one that was reluctant to accept a no answer for an early fill when he didn't even fill my whole prescription!!!!! I didn't bother to tell my dr because he didn't want to hear it either and I just can't believe how this medical system got this way and I take this med for seizures and other disabilities and could've killed me with what they did so instead of take responsibility they lied about what they gave to me and lied about the 2 boxes they sent 2 weeks early when I didn't even ask.. so when I really needed my meds I couldn't get them and was told he would make up this elaborate story that I begged for them and wouldn't accept the word no lmao no pharmacy in the world would fill your meds if you were begging that early and literally made me feel unsafe and unheard and made me look bad to the other pharmacies and my dr on top of it and I'm not gonna stop until this pharmacy is gone for good and shut down because I'm not the only patient that got ripped off and ripped my insurance off along with it and possibly got me red flagged and black listed because they won't admit to the mistake they made one time and since they said it over the phone hopefully it's recorded and they can hear the pharmacy tech apologizing for doing what she did and was very honest.. then the owner the actual pharmacist actually was the one who made up the lie and said he'd tell my dr that and stick to his story because he was protecting himself and his employees to ruin my name and reputation and also got me fired from my job so if anyone reads this please don't go here they will mess with your meds and they will steal them and fill them early without your permission and blackmail you over it and not give you the full amount they owe you

Already being frustrated enough as it is because there’s a National shortage of my medication and having to call pharmacy to pharmacy only to be told it’s out of stock, this was the 4th pharmacy I called today, The person I spoke to cut me off before I could even finish my sentence then proceeded to bark at me that “THERES A NATIONAL SHORTAGE” as if those of us on this medication don’t know that already. Then he proceeded to bark “TRY VIVANCE” and hung up on me. As if changing my prescription is that easy.Glad this isnt my usual pharmacy and honestly I’ll never go to this one or recommend it to anyone. At least the other places I’ve called have had some compassion and understanding for patient frustration. I was very nice when I started to talk before he cut me off. So don’t think I’m being a Karen about this. This man was so rude lacked any understanding whatsoever.Go else where at least you’ll be treated with some decency.

I am so pleased with the experience I recently had at Eastern Pharmacy. I was recently perscribed a new medication and all my questions were thouroughly answered by the owner, Evan. He could not have been any kinder. I will not go anywhere else. Thank you!!
