If you don't have credit and can't afford what you need I strongly recommend using this for the dollar rental deal and rent it until you save for the item say you want an Xbox bam that 125 a week for 18 months. That's 500 a month times 18. You do the math, it's not a deal. I need a computer for school I spent 600 on 6 months while saving to gulf a pc I did it and returned the rental. Only doing it this way is it worth it. Ray is the man tho

Horrible. Waited all day for a delivery, was given a time frame that it will arrive between 10-2. It's now 4:25pm. Every time I called they said "they are on their way" like seriously? Unprofessional and unnecessary for all the time wasted. Beware!

Ray & Namoi, keep say sending a new washer out "NOTHING". Ray, said WD40 will work, which I provided. Now not running just filling not draining, grinding. Not helpful at all just excuses 3 times service calls for WD40. Then was told on Monday I would get a new washer. Then I found out from customer service he deleted my account to cover up.

Aaron's in Lynn is HORRIBLE! Jahaira is their worst employee they have and she is RUDE and runs credit card payments without approval all the time!

Found a great deal on a couch thanks to Naomi (I believe). She was professional, helpful and honest. The delivery guys were great as well and went above and beyond. Recommend 100%.

I just want to say that Ray and Naomi at the Lynn store are just amazing!!!. I ordered a stackable W/D online and after speaking with my landlord they informed me the stackable was not going to work for my outlets. I called the Lynn store and explain my dilema to Ray and he adviced to call the customer service line and cancel my order. He said he would take care of everything after I cancel it. Not only Ray created a brand new order for me after I applied on his store website he also picked the lowest WTTS more affordable LG brands he already had in store in stock for me. Naomi finished the contract with me over the phone and guided me thru all the online signatures. I never had to step a foot on the store!! Ordered it on a Wednesday had it delivered AND installed to my apartment today (June 12) Monday by 2 very friendly and professional gentlemen. I am extremely pleased with this store. They all went above and beyond and now I get to do my laundry at home. Thank you Ray, Naomi and my delivery guys!

Customer service is horrible. Was like they didn't want my business,I was bothering them. Ordered online had to call Lynn,ma store. Lady told me see could not find love seat I wanted. Was told she will call me back. Never called back. I called again with a different option.was told that promotion was not in-store only online. Told her I tried online and was told to call store... I mentioned I wanted to order one today. Her response was well you won't get it today, comes from warehouse...I was aware of this already. I just wanted to order a love seat. A week later several calls and emails. STILL NO LOVE SEAT..... Yes the prices are fair. But if customer service sucks and have to jump thru hoops to get the product. I will pay more to your rent a center for easy and friendly service. Oh I already have a open account with Aaron's.....would return if I was not already several payments into account

I am a long time customer for Aarons and this is the worst customer service I have ever received. I am also in the retail business and I would be beside myself if I ever heard one of my associates speaking to anyone, let alone a customer in such a rude manner. How are you staying in business?, hiring such terrible help. Naomi, should be fired for the way she handles her paying customers. She was far from professional and needs some training on hospitality to start with. I will never again give one red cent to thisorganization that gives no value to their customers. She does nothing but speak over you and tell you your wrong. If I could give a lower rating I would. Terrible, Terrible. If you can rent merch without having to deal with terrible customer service then that would be ideal.

Can't beat the price!! BUT come delivery time, I got a call #11am and was told "they're loading the truck & will be leaving in 1/2 an hour, so 45 minutes later (expecting them anytime) I go outside to wait, 45 minutes later I call to be told they haven't left yet , but when they do they have to a delivery before they get to me. Which does NOT match up at all with what they told me when they called to say they were leaving in a 1/2 an hour
