Very convenient. Organized. Great customer service, and great people who work at the registers. I just feel, maybe can get better products to sell or add a little flare. It seems outdated maybe. Not sure what it is , but so glad they were open when I needed milk the other morning

Never had a problem with anyone. Their stuff was always in stock. Very convenient location as I used to live down the street. The only problem I had was homeless people hanging out at the front entrance asking for money. It felt like a third world country.

1st of all they ARE NOT OPEN 24HRS. The staff is rude, unwilling to help, and act as if the goal is trying to lose business. They're all very quick to raise They're voices, and every time I'm in there I always feel insulted and shocked with how willing they are to send business somewhere else. I don't have a car so my choices of where to go are limited but honestly I would never step in this place ever again and suggest everyone else do just that. GO TO ANY OTHER STORE IF POSSIBLE!

Bad service, I would give it a 0 if I could, an apparently Arab or Indian cashier took care of me and a friend or rather our presence forced her to take care of us and she was more pampered on the phone, although I do not make statements because I did not understand the language that It was obvious that he was Asian, it seemed that he was making fun of us, he did not even answer me how much it was, he just took a $20 bill that I had in my hand, I would not have been surprised that he had not given us the change, terrible service 0/5

one of the cashiers treated us badly oh me and oh my friend which is weird she literally took the money out of our hands and didn't attend us we asked the price oh pay and she completely ignored us

Too many people out front asking for money and food EVERY DAY...staff could do with customer service training and workplace etiquette...apart from this...I've been here before it was 711..so like many..it's been the EVERY DAY stop...location convenience

Worst customer service ever! Constantly given attitude by the two female staff working behind the counter. I was blatantly lied to about being out of a specific brand of cigarettes. Watched another customer ask and recieve the ones I wanted. They profile individuals and if you not of there liking do not expect any out of the way experience. Being someone who operated a 7/11 I uphold the Name the company stands for. This place is not a true 7/11! The owner is a decent guy but needs to train his staff better!

I tried to use the 7-11 app that I had downloaded at Lewis Street in Lynn, MA. It clearly stated that first time users get a free PIZZA. The woman who works there tried to tell me no that's for a slice. So I showed her the next offer beside it for a slice of pizza. So she told me I had to enter the information for that address and I did so twice for a pickup because she said see we don't deliver and twice when I showed her my phone with that store address for a PICKUP she touched my phone and changed the info to the other 7-11 across town. I told her she had no right to touch my phone and she was purposely changing the info I had re-entered both times!!! She continued to argue with me and then rudely spoke to my son as if it was her child and he did nothing but say that he watched me enter the info, and again she had NO RIGHT to treat or speak to my child in the manner that she did. When I stated that she has been arguing with me for over a half an hour after I had showed her all the proof that I as the customer had a coupon for the free pizza and proved everything was correct and now my son was hungry she told me to "go home and feed him then". I said I want your name and the managers phone number which she out right refused to give to me. She went into the closet and called him on her personnel phone and came back to the register and said here speak to my manager and put the phone up near the plastic. I said how am I suppose to speak to someone through a thick piece of plastic and a store full of people. This store was not only rude but also had only 1 flavor of slurpee available on "free" slurpee day, cups and lids were not stocked and little black fly's swarming all over the salads, sandwiches, and fruits we were going to get with our "free pizza". I have never been so disgusted with someone that is suppose to be a customer service representative. She was NONE of that!!! Definitely will be reporting this to BBB and whoever else! Thats how people are allowed to treat customers now a days
