When I first called, the lady who answered me just asked me the year of my car and if it was 4 or 2 doors, that seemed weird to me but I thought well they are the specialists not me, when the guy arrived to replace my windshield 3 days after the call, he realized he got the wrong glass and they re scheduled me, 4 days after at their location because they had to calibrate the windshield, I thought well this guy came here, there is no way they got the wrong glass again. I went to the appointment 4 days later, I was ask for my card to pay, and after I provided all my information they told me several minutes after that they got the wrong glass AGAIN, so, after almost 2 weeks, this people never replaced my windshield; of course I went to another place and got the job done in 2 days, this place is AWFULL. DO NOT TRY TO REPLACE YOUR WINDSHIELD WITH THIS PEOPLE EVER

Terrible. Scheduled an appointment brought the car there. Never installed windshield told us to reschedule took a week they did install wrong and you can't call them directly to tell them so you have to go to shop to even tell them they made a mistake. Will never use them again.

Quick, friendly service. I had my windshield repaired in about 30 minutes. Staff was kind and the man doing the repair was thorough in giving me information about the repair.

Terrible service, vendors did not have glass for my euro car so when I was told that they would text the dealership they did but could never reach out to me to tell me that the dealership had granted them coverage for the glass so I was sitting for three weeks in rainy weather with water getting into my car and no one wanted to help me until I went out of my way to make a point to get my car fixed and then all of a sudden the whole store wanted to change their tone. Go literally anywhere else

Called to make an appointment and was told it would be 2 weeks at there shop. Remembered that do mobile service so i asked about that. Was told it was a 3 hour job and had to be done in shop. Dropped truck off for my appointment to find out they never got my glass but still wanted me to leave the truck.

We have been here twice in the last month for a Crack in the windshield. Both times we had to reschedule our appointment due to not having the windshield in stock? I get they have to order it or whatever but the appointment was to see if it needed to be replaced or could be patched. To me it seems strange to not have the part on hand when the appointment was made a week in advanced.

Went in today for a windshield repair. Was told several times I would be charged $500 as I have a deductible. When I paid I was outside and was not asked to verify the billed amount on the screen of the phone device being used. When I got home I saw that my card was charged $576. There is no phone number for this specific location. Every time I call I am sent to the corporate office and they tell me that they are unable to help and I have to drive back to the retail location. I drove very far for this service and am baffled at this customer service.

Good luck getting a quote. I've call six times. The last time their automated service starting talking and Spanish and then back to English and said "good bye". I wish their online service would give me a quote but it won't let you continue.

The Lunenburg office is horrible Caitlyn was very unprofessional she canceled my appointment 2xs left me without a car for over a week. She had zero clue what she was talking about!!!! I will never ever go through this glass company again. I am in the process of filing small claims against her and this company for what they gave put me through leaving me without a car and on top of this they destroyed my windshield even more then it already was. How can you strand a person without a car for over a week and keep canceling their appointment? They are a horrible company and she deserves to be fired. I will see her in court.
