Customer service in multiple languages from prepaid services to contract serviceI use the prepaid service, it gives good service, speed and affordable rate, it includes a modem for the first month for 45%, I have been using the prepaid service since 2017.

Verizon is offering 49 per month at 300 mps. With a 5 year price guarantee. No contracts!Xfinity no longer offers quality customer service. During my experience of looking for an adjusted service, the customer representative showed no interest in providing a competitive rate that only meets my needs. The best option was 75 mps at 75 dollar a month no TV.They call themselves a family. But I am abandoning my Family for a new one that cares about me.Been a customer for over 10 years. And there is no interest in retaining customers

If I could’ve gave them, no stars for providing me with someone else’s information, this is insane. Getting ready to call the Better Business Bureau I was told something would be removed that belong to someone else I’m in Massachusetts. The other person is in Miami and they have provided me with some of their information , if I don’t tell them to stop that is not cool I was with them on the phone for the total of six hours and nothing has been done from June of last year 2023 when a supervisor spoke with another rep and told her that we removed that from My Account the rep at the store knew it wasn’t My Account as well has called gave me a EMC number or something like that and nothing has been done. They still keep providing me or trying to provide cause I stopped them right there and let them know I’m not Teresa. SMH??♀️

XFINITY is a one of a kind as well they know what it takes to make a person happy it’s not hard it’s very simple and just for small feet. They even have Internet box that you can get but you have to sign up for to approve to get it for $10, they have all kinds of deals. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and are able to answer or find an answer for any questions you have. I’ve been using xfinity mobile for a few years and have had no issues. Anytime I’ve have to go into the store I’ve been in and out very quickly and have never had any issues when it comes to anything involving a new phone they even put the screen protector on for you and they’ll put you’re phone into the case for you if you buy one while in store.

Sent me a free phone then tried to charge my account, when I bought it back like they said on the phone they said they could not take it.. They told me the phone operators continue to lie to get you off the phone. So I left it on there counter. They still keep trying to charge my account for it.

I requested help (good luck getting an actual person via the BOT that answers ALL Calls...) with my Now Closed Xfinity Mobile Account and was told by Kenny that;"The System" dictates billingAndNo paper billing is ever availableAndThe date I closed the account was 5/17/23BUTThe "System billed me over $100 for Usages that occurred from May 17, 2023 on phones that had been ported to different Service Carriers prior to 5/17/23 thru June 5, 2023 are considered 'Valid'And there is NO ADDRESS FOR XFINITY MOBILE Customers to mail a Certified Disputed Billing Letter...So Much More Mickey Mouse than Disneyland and Disney World at Xfinity Mobile.AND FINALLY...My Debit Card Autopay can never be canceled nor stopped because The "SYSTEM" runs Xfinity not human beings... The "System"!!!Run away from this Company. RUN AWAY!!!UPDATE;*******A "Business Level Executive" Theresa B. contacted me regarding my BBB Complaint and unbelievably stated their review of data usage was still due... 2 phones with completely different SIM Cards, different Carriers AND even a different phone + a different number were still using Xfinity data... NOT!An over $349 bill is still due & payable (for 17 days)ANDThey emailed me my "Service was Disconnected" on July 3, 2023, that I had already disconnected May 17, 2023 when their "Service" was no longer needed... Really?!? Whew, that's a Relief (said no one ever...!)RUN FASTER & Never Look Back!

Went in plain st. Storeon News Years day. 5 employees present no customers in store. Woman that approached us seemed to not to not know what upgrading ours phones meant. ? We enquired about iPhone 14 max. Gentleman at desk explained it could be ordered and shipped. We had questions on marked prices. They all were higher than posted on line. They told us online prices were for new customers only. We left saying we'd come back. The customer service was very bad. They could have cared less if we were there or not. VERY disappointed!
