The TowneLine team was great! I recently put a 2013 SmartCar on the road that had not been properly maintained. I arrived a little early and I was immediately greeted by Mike who asked for my keys and had the service begun slightly ahead of schedule. Mike and Jimmy managed my expectations and their technician diagnosed potentially serious issues that I was unaware of before my visit. Mike provided me with an estimate for the work that they recommended so that I had it in writing and didn't have to try to remember what needed to be done and when. While waiting for the work on a very hot August afternoon, I was very comfortable in the TowneLine air conditioned waiting room. Thank you, Mike and Jimmy, for working so hard to make my visit superb!

I love, love, love this shop!! They were so professional and kind. I had such an amazing experience. I didn’t feel like they were selling services I didn’t need and they explained everything to me in a way I understood so I would feel comfortable with what they were doing and the cost. I live in Maine and was visiting a friend when I found them online. Needless to say, my friends will be getting a visit when it’s time for car service so I can go back. Definitely use this shop! You won’t be disappointed!

Jim and the crew treated me very well. My 20k Uniroyal tires were getting very loud so I took the car in. They took it for a drive, confirmed the noise, then checked the records and found that I had only rotated the tires once. They rotated the tires and told me it would takes a couple K miles but should get better. Thanks!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Everyone I spoke with was exceptionally kind. Solid/good prices and ethical practices; did not offer anything I didn’t actually need (and I thought I may have needed certain repairs).
