I had a brake caliper seize up on my car. Took it to Elias and he had it fixed within a couple of hours and for a good price. His service was great, he is honest, personable and friendly. If you come here for gas, they operate the pump for you, so no need to leave your car.

I went to get an oil change today, I was going to stop at JiffyLube, but in May, I had gone to Sunoco because JiffyLube was at lunch, and they closed when it's lunchtime. In May, it was either $20 or $30. My car is a 2008 Buick with mileage under 100,000. I don't use full synthetic oil, and they didn't give me that last time. So today I go to pay and they charged me $80 for an oil and filter change, as soon as he told me how much I gasped and said I thought it was $30 and he said no your thinking of an inspection sticker that's $35, so I looked at their price board which reflects an oil change and filter was $50 and a full synthetic oil change was $80!!!! I have never used full synthetic on my car because once you do, it's best to keep getting full synthetic. The gentleman then tells me that they only do full synthetic oil changes now, and he forgot to change the board with all the pricing (which I find hard to believe). I also needed a receipt for my insurance to show how many miles I drove in the past year, but the receipt only says Labor!!! So I had to take a picture of the actual sticker, and who knows if that's good enough. It doesn't reflect what my current mileage is so hopefully it will be good enough for them. I will never come back to this establishment again. I'm a single mom with a 12 year old son in private school. They're a rip-off and I hope that many people see this review before something like this happens to them.

Elias does great work and charges very fair prices. I've gone there for years and the work is done on time and its done right. It's the only place I take my car.

Don't trust them. It was raining yesterday, and I needed to stop to purchase windshield wipers really quick. I've done this at gas stations for years. Usually I purchase them, the guy puts them on... and I tip him. These people charged me $40 for wipers! Cheap ones that leave a streak. Then they told me $40 and the receipt only says "labor"? Really? $40 for cheap windshield wipers and to put them on? How can I even return them when the receipt only says "labor"??

Elias is an excellent mechanic, a sweetheart, and a saint. I am from out of state. My car broke down and I needed to get home! Elias answered my phone call early in the morning and fixed my car quickly. He was also very reassuring, which I needed. Elias, that you for everything!Services: Electrical repair

My family has been going there for so many years, my dad doesn't trust anyone else with his vehicles. Elias is honest and pricing is fair. As others mentioned, if you stop by and just want him to check something, he'll often do it without complaint. This is a local small business that is worth supporting.

I've been going to the Sunoco Service Center on Rt#38 for over 20 years to get gas and have my car repaired. Elias is a crackerjack mechanic, his help are very good machanics also, I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. Elias is honest and he makes sure your car is running in tip top shape before he gives it back to you.

You deserve a mechanic that values your time and your business. Peabody Sunoco does neither. I went here because of convenience. I was able to walk there which saved me from asking for rides when my car needed service. Enough is enough and I will not be returning here any more. There are plenty of better mechanics in the area. They don't respect your time. On multiple occasions they forgot to call me when my car was ready to be picked up. Recently after fixing a minor problem, they forgot to reset sensors which caused the "Check Engine" and other warning lights to come on. I had to tell the mechanic to finish the job which wasted even more of my time (this is after I had to call THEM - they didn't call me when the work was finished). The mechanic seemed upset that I was asking him to finish the job, huffing and puffing because he was busy with something else. Completely unprofessional, what an embarrassment. The mechanics act like they're doing you a favor or inconveniencing them by working on your car. Very surprised at how unprofessional they were during my final experience there. The owner made excuses such as, "I came in late today... it's not the usual employees... we're extra busy today." Sorry bro, not my problem. Get it together. The owner made no effort to appease my concerns. I won't be buying gas there anymore and certainly will never bring a vehicle to get serviced.
