Nice, clean, well maintained branch. Staff is sweet and friendly. They are under staffed. Could not get my work done. Appointment is needed. They also have a drive through for the ATM. Parking should not be an issue, they have ample space in the complex.

I didn't speak English very well because I speak French but the staff was very patient with me despite that. The lady who opened an account for me did not hesitate to use a translator on her phone so that we could understand each other. I found them very beautiful and friendly, they were Latinas. For my part, I was not disappointed with their services.

I was having 2 jobs with 2 difference bank ?. During my pregnancy to be on bed rest, l didn’t have any money coming in Santander account so l went over to closed the checking account to avoid paying overdraft. Everybody was friendly the guy who assist me printed documents to sign and also another eye Witness (a customer service) had to sign too. This was done on May 10th, 2021. I was super excited because l through everything was all set, I made all my overdraft payment that day. On November 18th, l received a phone call from the collector for owing Santander $282 for an overdraft fee.. this is not far .. whyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy Santander bank ?…. Whyyyyyy yaaaaaaaMiddlesex st ( wood st in Lowell)

The team at the Lowell branch is very professional, pleasant, and courteous. I don't go very often. However, each time I visit, the experience is always pleasant. I don't know if they still have the same manager... But the last time I visited, the gentleman administrator who assisted me was exceptionally great.

What a complete nightmare! I had a problem with someone use my card to fraudulently withdraw funds and have been working with the call center and this branch (because it's where it happened) and have gotten nowhere for over a month now. No accountability by Santander call center, fraud dept, nor the branch manager to work together. It's all left up to me to keep calling to beg them to communicate with each other. Craziest banking experience I've ever had. Can't wait to get this resolved so I can close my account and be done with this headache.*To be fair, when I've used the bank in person the tellers where always super nice and friendly. (Which is why they even get one star)

Every time i use their ATM there is something worng! First time it swallowed my card. Second time it took the money out of my account and didnt despense it. When i went in there the service was really cold and upsetting! The cashier was nice but the person who i talked to sitting on the desk was very rude! DONT GO THERE !
