Went into a lineless branch, saw 1 teller as I came in step to back room, proceed to wait 10 minutes, one of the office workers decides to go back there to check on the worker I guess proceeds to tell me she will be right out in 1 minute, several minutes go by as I wait, another officer worker comes up to me at this point and indicates the teller, I guess they only have a budget for 1 teller, is on lunch, would be nice if they posted that somewhere that their branch has 1 teller and their lunch break, waste of time, neither of the 2 officer workers offered to handle my business for the day, sums up my experience…fun times

They have gone downhill so much. Now that they took the dracut location down, I brought my business here. It's time to start driving further down to wood street plaza.

Nice big well maintained bank. Staff is super friendly and sweet. Parking is not an issue, they have ample space.

I usually love this particular branch...however the last two times I have visited before work ( drive thru) there is a new Lady who is not only blatantly rude but leaves me waiting 25- 30 minutes each time when I am the only one in the drive thru. She clearly has an attitude and ruined my favorite branch for me! Thanks Domainarus!!!!

Bank is not good. The worst informative business. Can’t get your money after you deposit you check. Even if it’s $1 you have to wait. So never deposit your check unless you have a few days to wait. I was literally left looking broke at a restaurant after making a deposit. I’ve gone to this bank for years and never had to deal with this situation. It keeps getting worse.
