My uncle brought in a 3-gallon plastic jug full of coins, mostly non-pennies. Upon entry a female employee asked if he needed assistance and he said he wanted to exchange his coins for bills. She offered him $300 and he accepted not knowing he had at least twice that amount in coins. THAT'S UNETHICAL BANKING! She should be fired for taking advantage of an elderly person!

Terrible customer service. I have worked in banking many years and they for sure aren’t a bank that even meets the basic standards of customer service it’s a shame. I go here once a month to make a deposit into a landlords account and how badly I wish my landlord would switch banks. They are rude, and very slow. I actually went to the drive up today and made a deposit and this woman was short with me. And gave me back slip for competing the deposit. She said thank you . But not thank you have a good day and again now I have an attitude becuase of her attitude throughout the transaction, and she literally says WOW over the intercom. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERIVE and the faces of this bank don’t speak on behalf of their name “Peoples United bank” more like “people’s attitude bank”

Message me and ask for the video of the branch manager swearing at me and my family, for wanting to open an account. And then they proceed to tell me I can't afford to open one because it requires 1000 dollars to open. I have never been more offended in my life. Her name is pina prinzivalli and she clearly has anger issues and is a bad face to represent your company. Again if anyone wants the video feel free to message me.

I've been going there for a couple of years, now. I actually go there once a month, for the extra exercise, to do my banking. Comfortable, clean, friendly. If I had more, they would get it.
