I paid for a dryer from Lowe's in Lowell. I was told I would get a phone call on 2/4/24 to set up for a delivery on 2/5/24. No phone call, no email and no text. I called Lowe's on 2/5/24 at 11:30am to speak to the manager and the female customer service refused my request. I told her that I wanted my money back and she told me I had to call the delivery service and I said no to that. She then put me on hold and the prompts didn't work and then I had to wait 15 minutes to speak to someone. The person on the phone wanted me to call the delivery service and I told her that was her job. I will never shop at Lowe's. Unreliable. I wouldn't give them 1 star. The delivery person called me at 12:06pm to tell me he was at my house. I told him I wasn't home and that I canceled the order. A lady called me and I told her about the above and that I told the instore people that I needed a late delivery and that the salesperson put it on the delivery part of the computer order. She responded that "no one reads those requests".

Been here multiple times and they are lacking in service. One: I need to cut wood and there was no one that was able to help me. Two: knowledge is poor on what they are selling. Three: their specialists are never found. They need to hire more adept people or hire more people. Don't recommend coming here for home improvements at all.

Go to a different store Lowe’s sales team will sell you extended warranty and they will tell you it covers everything when it does not. Then the delivery guys will damage your stuff and leave before you can tell them it’s damaged. My fridge stove and washer came damaged.do not do business with them they will lie to steal your money.. I will never shop at Lowe’s again.

Stopped by to return an unopened box of framing nails intended for a shed I was going to build this summer. I supplied the credit card that it was purchased on. Attendant confirmed the purchase appeared on the card but he said Lowe's no longer offers any sort of credit on purchases more than 90 days. He validated the purchase but store credit or refund no longer an option. Apparently it is a new policy implemented last month. It is not the terms that I made the purchase otherwise I would have been more careful about the potential excess. The implementation of their new policy is only in Lowe's best interest short term. Changing the rules for their own convenience at the expense of customer loyalty.

I ordered 25 “premium studs” don’t ever order wood to be picked by their pickers. I have ONE. I repeat ONE.. even descent stud. If you want to pay 80$ for garbage studs order them delivered from Lowe’st Quality inc. Danvers at least tried. Lowell can burn for all I care. Insane. I can either load them up and return them or GFMS apparently.

Exactly what someone below wrote. Manager should be fired. New one put in place. Retrain staff so they actually know how to help customers...or simply know where things are!

The manager should be fired for the way he runs the store.I was there today on Saturday and was trying to checkout with a few items. All the checkout lanes were closed and there were only 2 areas of 4 self checkouts. However only 1 area was open. Only 4 self checkouts for the entire store on a Saturday. Also they had no bags in store for my items.I had to get a carriage to take my items to the car. What a disgrace !I recommend Home depot in the future.
