Upon entering, I was greeted by Shevonne, she was so awesome!!!unfortunately just my luck there were no gas cars. Except a chevy bolt electric car. Shevonne told me I was going to like this car. I being driving this car for a week and I really enjoy my rental car is sooo fast. I love it!!All men enjoy a really fast car.Great recommendation.Shevonne is who helped me and she was so hospitable and thorough. In Massachusetts sometimes good customer service is hard to find. But at the Hertz at 831 Rogers St in lowell Shevone will go the extra mile with a smile. Thanks for the great work Shevonne!!!!

There is a bit of an issue with the website. Getting sent in a loop only to call the 800 number to go around in circles in a loop to then be hung up on. If you call the local number to the local Hertz office near you, you get sent to the same terrible loop that the 800 number leads you to.

Hertz Has some bad payment processing policies. This is the first car rental agency that charged my credit card once I was done with the rental. I Had a rental through them for 2 months. The whole time I was under the assumption that i was paying weekly for 2 straight months. I used to go check my online banking and it would state that hertz was holding my funds. Little that I know is that Hertz would release the funds it back into my account. Hertz reps should of been more transparent. Now i know not to go there again unless is through my insurance

Great service and help renting a car here at the Hertz Rent A Car on Rogers St.! We had some difficult circumstances and the Hertz representative did everything to help us. Next time we are in Lowell we will definitely use this location again to rent a car!

Received amazing service from an employee named Kalan. He was the only one working on a Saturday. Despite a long line in front of him he was kind, and professional. He maintained the same energy with each person he served.

My husband and I went to pick up our rental about 30 mins early, when we entered into the office we were greeted by the customer service rep. There was an older man who was upset because there was a 200$ hold on his car for a deposit, so for whatever reason he felt the need to be very disrespectful and rude to the young female Hertz rep. and she remained calm;polite and respectful. It was sad but comical to witness a grown man act like a child while the complete opposite was the mature adult. We ended up waiting a little past our booked appointment which was not her fault...Ms.Ambrose was very apologetic, she offered us a free upgrade and we did appreciate the offer but had to decline because of personal reasons. We were just happy to see that there is hope for the younger generation.

Horrible if i could give it 0 stars i would , wasted hours there after i was told i was all set the day before , next day went in got a call said it was going to be an extra 18 dollars a day . i drove back and doped the car off and went some were else and was treated 100 percent better .. STAY AWAY

I rented a car from here and about an hour later there was something wrong with it. Called the place and brought it back which was Miles and Miles Away at this point. They made me put gas in it even though I never would have had to travel back that way and then they were going to have me bring it the same time as originally in the morning a week later which at this point picking up the second car it was in the latest afternoon. Luckily I contacted the manager that following Monday and they reimburse me for the gas and also I could bring the car at the time the second car was picked up. The manager also had no idea why the gentleman had me bring it all the way back to that location when the town I was in when the car was having an issue had a Hertz. I give it three stars because the manager did make amends.

The deposits are less than enterprise. Cars are okay depending on locations.

The rental car they gave me had an inspection sticker that was expired for 11 MONTHS; I didn't notice at the time I picked up the car. I actually got pulled over for it, luckily the cop was understanding and didn't give me a ticket. I call the next morning and leave a message, no call back.
