Briefly stopped in and had an ok experience so I went back after an appointment to purchase some of the things I needed. Second time I came back I had my child and was not treated the same. They don’t have a changing room so they send you to the bathroom. It was gross, and in my opinion it doesn’t take much to fix a closet into a dressing room or to find a place to hang a curtain. I brought my stuff to the register and the woman was rude when I was asking for help in figuring out differences and making a decision. She also kept staring at my child with disapproval despite her being a sweet well behaved girl.

Shopping experience is far less enjoyable than in the past.When selling more preowned products shopping there was fun. You never knew what you'd find. You would get good deals on "cool finds". Now it's just blah.

I found a brand new pair of parlanti boots on consignment for $200, barely used tri factor full seats for $40!! It was like Christmas morning shopping here. Staff was so helpful. Check out the ogilvy pads, swooning ??

My daughter and I are in love with The Horseman’s Exchange! I’ve been going here since 2006, I believe. I have found everything to be in amazing shape ( that is second hand). I can save and get my young daughter her first pair of show clothes. I got a couple of bits, some really nice saddle pads(all used all great prices). They also have new products as well! Fly spray, grooming products, really cute bows that are hand made, personalized belts, leather bracelets and some really pretty clothes! Someone is always willing to help out with questions. And their tent sale is the best! One of my favorite stores!

Have always super liked this place until today's consignment appointment. Different people than have helped me in the past and I was not given the opportunity to go through and review the items together with the staff to confirm whether or not I wanted to consign each specific item based on marketability/potential price of the items as had been done in the past. So disappointed that a pair of breeches that I brought in appears to have been lost in the shuffle which would not have happened had we gone through the bag of items I brought in together. The staff I dealt with today was not attentive, not friendly and I will not be consigning there again.

Horseman's exchange is always a fun treasure hunt! I have gotten amazing new and consigned blankets and tack from here. Super helpful that its local, so when you run out of fly spray last minute you can grab it without skipping a beat!

I've literally never walked into a store with such poor service. Everyone sat at the table on their computers or phones. I was lucky enough to get a young girl with glasses to ask how my day was going. There aren't any sizes bigger than a medium or 30 in their consignment area. I've only been in this store a handful of times and it's just gone down hill. Not to mention they've had "new" merchandise in there from 2 or or 3 years ago. I question if it came under new ownership? I wouldn't suggest this store to anyone. I rather drive to Smartpak or Dover with a coupon, than attempt to find my size at this tack shop.
