On June 28, 2024, real deal came to move items out of a storage unit to our home. The guys were nice and polite, but one of them accidentally broke an antique marble top to an antique dresser. It was an accident. I have tried four times calling the company for reimbursement, I have left four messages to no avail. The company has yet to call me back. I am sharing my experience to let others know that they may be treated the same. Maybe this post will help. I cannot recommend them at this point.

Rusty, Dane, and Manny were great to work with. They all helped made the move stress-free by handling all of the heavy duty work during the heat of summer. This is our first time using a moving company and we're all grateful we did. It was worth every penny.

The people at Real Deal Van Lines were absolutely wonderful. From booking the appointment to the actual move itself, they were extremely professional and courteous. Not only that, but they were efficient and careful with my furniture. A big shout out to Malik, Denom, and Jeremy for making this experience an enjoyable one. I would definitely use Real Deal again and will be telling anyone that needs to move their furniture to use them for their moving needs.

Nick and Luis were fantastic movers for my move from Maine to Massachusetts. They were courteous, professional, wildly efficient, and so damn pleasant to work with. They made this move so easy and pleasant.
Kudos also to Anna in the office, she too was extremely pleasant and easy to work with.
All around such a great experience and will call them again for any future move.

I had a great experience with Real Deal Van Lines. They arrived on schedule, and the actual cost was LESS than was quoted! The movers, Jeremy, Manny and Myleek were courteous and very helpful. Would recommend this company....

DO NOT USE. This company sent 2 young guys to handle the moving. They broke multiple furnitures and a window in the stairway of the new house. We contacted them multiple times since then (via phone and email ) about the repair but they are giving us the run around. It's been 3 months since the move.

I would give zero stars if I could. We hired this company last year and received decent service. However, this year was a disaster. Two workers came and damaged several pieces of furniture, completely broke a nightstand, and shattered a window on the staircase. They attempted to hide the damages, reporting only the nightstand and concealing the broken glass.
After over a month of ignored calls and emails, the company refused to refund us for the damaged furniture, citing that it was made of pressed wood. They also refused to pay for the broken window, which costs $500 to replace, offering only $50 as a gesture of goodwill.
Do not hire this company!

Terrible experience. Drivers took 2 hours to commute 45 min in New England, and were not reachable throughout; the office did not respond for about an hour about the missing drivers; damaged multiple furniture pieces we own, and the office not respond to our inquiries about the damage. Would not recommend.

Just used Real Deal for my move and they were great. I bought a new construction and the builder changed my move in date 6 times, and everytime I called to change my move in date, they did everything they could to adjust the schedule and help me. Will be a returning customer for future moves.

I’ve used Real Deal Van Lines twice now, and both times booking was super easy, there were no hidden extra costs, and the moving team was efficient and friendly. Today Juny and Luis were a dream team getting heavy furniture and bags down 3 flights of stairs and smoothly into my new place a town over. They even offered advice on how best to arrange the furniture in the new apartment. I would highly recommend them and Real Deal for all moving needs!

I just recently had a big move on Monday, April 1 and Nate and Luis 100% great guys. On time as scheduled, great communication. Very professional, super fast, efficient, quick and very friendly. They did such an awesome job. They worked really hard and they were nonstop!! Thank you so very much for making everything such a smooth transition for me. How they handled some of the big furniture coming up a narrow space was unbelievable. Anna was also very helpful in getting all my questions answered, getting everything confirmed and great communication from the whole team. Thank you.
