They are awful ? Service sucks .. I found out they lied about phone insurance service .. my phone broke they didn't send me new one after being paying for "phone insurance" goin to find another company ?

Everything works perfect except some thing with my texting not going through. It is something wrong on T-Mobile end. I give five stars to the associate name Umar (hope I spelled it write) from the Mechanic St., Leominster branch. Outstanding customer service!!! I’ve been in retail over 20 years and I know good service when I receive it. This young man was polite, patient and has a great personality. I hope whoever is in charge acknowledges this amazing Young Man, because If I have any problems HE will be the person I go to and I recommend HIM to everyone and tell him I sent you! ????

Ali was very helpful.. got a new unlimited line for my son and for my stepdaughter, an iPhone 7, iphone case, and paid the first month of service for both of them.. total was $320. Really not sure I could beat that.. plus we were in and out in less than an hour.
