Worst customer service, and worst place to shop ever. Avoid this dirty store. The store has a Rude and racist Manager refuse to let me exchange a charger. Short dirty blond glasses store manager was very racist and kept on screaming ? at me, and refuse to let me return a charger I purchased a week ago with her. . Worst place ever, Manager is extremely rude ,unprofessional, she kept on screaming at me. No I don't recommend this place?. I will escalate this to corporate to get my money back.

Avoid there, manager is rude, racist and disrespectful. I bought a type C, phone charger a week ago, on Friday 3/17/23 , I try to exchanged the charger because the item is defective , it did not work in my car. I love this place!!!! Samantha and Shane are both very very good workers!!! Samantha is blonde beautiful and bubbly with a contagious smile and Shane is very kind sweetheart with a contagious smile as well. They always make sure I have everything I need and even hold the door open for me if we walk in at the same time. They even ask how I am when I see them . It feels like I'm seeing family when I go in there. Highly recommended ????

I just came from this location, I did not see a well kept store. It was old and dirty. But I know they have help issues. Cashier did not speak, but the big issue is when I got home and I was taking things out of the bag. Out crawled either a stink bug or a cockroach! I can't tell the difference, they look similar but ewwww people!
