My husband and I were first time visitors to Central Flag today. A good friend of mine had recommended this great shop many moons ago. As soon as we stepped through the door we were received with a warm greeting! The proprietor (Sharon) was extremely helpful, and so very kind.

Brought my Son Vincent in to look at Flags, great store and very nice people, met Sharon and she brought my Son to the Flag section, great selection while looking Dean M the owner talked to my son about his Flag Collection, very nice people thanks for making my son feel comfortable and happy buying his Flags today.

On April 4, 2006 I bought a 25ft flagpole with yardarm from Central discount flag. They put it up in one day. Then on August 6, 2011 my flagpole was tilting and after approximately 9 phone calls they finally came to,straighten it out. Then on August 6, 2014 I found that the flagpole had fallen to the ground. I again called Central Discount flag to repair it. Again, after approximately 10 phone calls to them they came and replaced it. Now since April 4, 2019, the flagpole is tilting again. Again I made numerous calls for them to come to repair it. They missed every appointment over the course of a year. I have given up on them. They are not reliable or dependable and the the flagpole is still tilted. I subsequently found out that the owner f the company who does the installations is Dean Mazarella who happens to be the mayor of Leominster. I also found out that that to correctly install a flagpole, it must be a two step procedure. After the preparation is done then the flagpole is installed on a separate day. I have nothing but a very bad experience with this company and strongly recommend that no one use them. they are unreliable and it is not quality workmanship.

Nice selection of primitive gifts and furniture. Copper Pearl, Zutano, Angel Dear baby gift brands. Great prices on flags and flagpoles. Staff is very friendly!
