Sorry to A & G this is my edit and I didn't realize you had to be called to tow. Naturally if you tow people at 1am the office didn't call. But I guess thats been stopped. Hope u all the best. We dont have to worry about being towed away on private property anymore. Gave u an extra star. Wink wink. ? When people reside where you tow; sharks don't go well with residents.

The dispatcher was kind and easy to talk to, the first thing she asked was if I was in a safe location. She told me the driver would arrive within an hour, and he was there within about 5 minutes! The driver was professional, considerate, very competent, and worked quickly.

We purchased a shed for our summer day camp from A&G that they then delivered 20 miles away for free! The shed price was VERY fair. They took the time to work with us through paperwork and logistics for our business. The delivery was a little tricky and they stayed to make sure it was done right. These guys are the best! I had called them very last minute for a shed to be moved. Where everything was lined up on our end. But the company I had could not do it.. So I called these guys they came out within 24 hours.. they were on time and communication was perfect! The work was done correct and helped set the shed! I highly recommend these guys.

This company is practicing illegal predatory towing for profits at 740 central street Leominster. My sister lives there and on 3 occasions we have have had vehicles towed within minutes of being parked in the parking lot. They always claim management called, which is a lie. Santiago was my driver, most pleasant man, promptly timed well mannered, only down fall was on me, at the time I didn't have any extra funds to tip him, keep this in mind these guys deserve something, they work to hard and long hours, I was a tow truck drive in my past so I'm aware of the long shifts, also most importantly keep in mind they tow your vichicals for you to get you to safety or just to where you need to go, so be polite THEY DONT HAVE TO TOW YOU and they dont work for you, can't treat them like your their BOSS.

This place is the worse towing company ever! They towed my car for no reason charged me top dollar and the place looks like a dump. The people who answer the phone could careless about why they towed you. They just know that they have your vehicle and you have to pay them!! I would never call and let them tow my vehicle or use any of their services ever! Stay far away from this place!Service: Car towing

I had A&G move a shed in my yard and I highly recommend them. They were great with communication, they were punctual, and professional. They explained exactly what they were doing and everything went perfect. Easy, hassle free experience!

Two men out back seemed to be under the influence accosted my daughters mother and asked her for extra money after she had already paid for the towing fee. The employees that were outback are jose and Oscar. The taller man decided to get in my daughters mothers face and was close enough to touch her. Disgusting! Demanding she handed over more money while speaking Spanish and yes… behaved in a drunk fashion. Called business, spoke to owner Adrain chamorro complete waste of time. Would not even let me explain the situation but advised me to do whatever i wanted and hung up in my face. If you are a woman or even traveling by yourself and kids .. beware.. this business does not care about there customers or safety. Business states no customers are allowed in the back .. which is fine… also has alot of no smoking signs because of obvious volatile equipment. Employees had no problem smoking cigarettes in the same space. Beware! Do not do business!Service: Car towing
