I was amazed with the selection at this location…I always seem to have luck with clothes finds at Marshall’s but at this location, I found two food stools I’ve been looking for for months - the donuts and the orange! Would definitely return to this location when in town

I was in the area for a yoga retreat and staying at a nearby hotel. We noticed the Marshall’s sign and decided to have a “quick peek”. This ended up being over an hour because of all the great finds. The store is well stocked and organized. There were employees available to answer questions on the floor and it was an overall pleasant experience. I honestly thought they were newly opened because of the shiny vibe of the store, some of you know exactly what I mean. I was told they’ve been open for many years.
That made me appreciate this location even more.

Returned an unwanted Christmas gift unused with tags still on but no receipt (body lotion and bath beads) and was informed that *future returns without a receipt will be DENIED* - not even for a merchandise credit. When I explained it was a Christmas gift, we are less than 3 wks past Christmas, and the gift giver didn't give me a gift receipt, it didn't matter. They made me feel like a common shoplifter for a measly $12 store credit for 2 unwanted items. I informed the manager I would NEVER shop at Marshall's again, gave my store credit away, and left the store for the last time.

I went to Marshall's in Lenox,MA on Monday November 27 to return a pair of pj's the manager that was on duty made me feel like I stole the pj's. I didn't say anything you can't now a days. I will no longer shop at Marshalls.

Marshall's is so inviting. Just the way they display their items is soo cutee. SKULLS, SKULLS, & MORE SKULLS ???? I'd buy them all if I could. So many decorations, & these pictures don't even do it justice. Go take a trip - you won't be disappointed.
