“The caregivers and support team of HSOM truly are the loveliest human beings around. From the start, Lina and Melissa coordinated everything we needed for mom; from a hospital bed to her comfort care meds, and they took so much of the worry and stress off of our shoulders. They were also excellent at providing us with down-to-earth explanations of what hospice care is, what we could expect as time went on, the family's role in end-of-life care, and most importantly the emotional and physical process of losing a loved one. Their team included medical, emotional, and even spiritual (optional) resources, which provided so much support to my mom and our family. Their kindness, patience, and compassion provided our family with tremendous comfort during my mother's transition. She passed in love, comfort, and dignity thanks to these beautiful souls.
