We could not be happier with our wedding ceremony & reception at Jones River Trading Post in December 2023. We went with the vendor package and it was so nice to have Michelle coordinating everything throughout the planning process. Everything about our night was lovely and we have had so many guests tell us that they loved the food & the whole experience of the venue. This place is a hidden gem on the South Shore. I loved the cozy set up with lots of plants, mood lighting, and a variety of seating available to guests while gathering around the dance floor. Cannot recommend this place enough!

I loved this venue so much, it was the first and only venue I looked at after getting engaged! I loved having the option for both an indoor and outdoor ceremony, especially when it rained on my September wedding day! The food was amazing! Michele was the best coordinator I could have ever asked for especially coordinating my crazy bridal party. Michele kept checking in to make sure we were taken care of and brought my vision to life better than I could have imagined! The staff set everything up before my arrival and packed everything up before the end up of the night for me making sure I was truly able to enjoy my whole day/night!

Fantastic Venue, great staff and amazing food. Our wedding here was awesome. Plus, it wasn't insanely pricey like a lot of other venues are starting to become. The building itself has lots of room inside so there is a lot of space to work with. We liked having a big dance floor with lots of room for people to go wild.

I had the opportunity to photograph a wedding at Jones River Trading Post a couple of times last fall, and it is a beautiful wedding venue! The staff communicated with me leading up to and throughout the wedding day, ensuring that everything ran smoothly without any issues. The wedding reception was inside the venue, which had a rustic charm. The portraits were taken on-site, using the gorgeous grounds as the perfect backdrop. I highly recommend Jones River Trading Post to anyone seeking a wonderful, stress-free wedding experience.

Great place for a wedding. Nice large room for a very large family. Food was spectacular. Location had some views and a local walking trail I wish I had time to explore.The inside had many interesting decorations of boats and antiques.The family had a great time at the wedding. Staff were super accommodating. Thank you all who made this wedding special.

Excellent venue. Service was a little quick to take our cups. Lots to see around the space and so many options for set up. Beautiful bar set up.

What a nice mid size place for an event. Great old mill building, nicely decorated, that staff was great. I have only 2 gripes, if you plan on a summer event & it's hot out be prepared to sweat a little. The A/C is not adequate for the space & number of people it can hold. As it is an old mill building it has big windows up high that let in tons of sun, nice esthetically but brutal for the A/C & if you are seated or stuck in the sun. There should be some blinds on the windows to deal with the sun.

I got married here on 10/2/21 and I can’t say enough amazing things about this venue. The spot is beautiful and rustic. Michelle was my saving grace during planning for my wedding. She helped that day become a dream come true. The waitstaff and food was amazing! I highly recommend!!

The venue was absolutely beautiful and everyone loved the views. Chris was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. Sometimes Mark was difficult tom communicate with because he doesn't really use email, but otherwise things went great. They were very accommodating to any traditions we wanted to bring in to the reception. Also if you're having a bigger wedding would definitely recommend the beer and wine bar separate from the main bar. (By the way, the bar is from a train station in Ireland and is absolutely beautiful!). Would definitely recommend this venue to anyone and everyone!

We had an amazing wedding reception at the Jones River last week. The venue was beautifully decorated and we received so many compliments from our guests who had never been there before. The food was all delicious (I had the beef short rib) and the waitstaff and coordinator were all great. Our photographer had great spots for pictures. We dropped off all our centerpieces and other decorations two days before and it was all put together nicely on the big day. The only challenge we faced was getting in contact with management leading up to the event to finalize details, but it is understandable during these crazy times. Highly recommend this venue for a big celebration!

Our daughter and son-in-law were married at Jones River Trading Post on Saturday, October 2nd. We looked at many venues, but we knew once we walked in, we had found the perfect spot. And boy were we right!! Michelle, Chris and all of the staff were such a pleasure to work with, attending to all of our needs with patience and care. I highly recommend you choose them for your special event as well. You will be glad that you did!!
