Currently standing inside of Zales and I'm unable to pick up necklace which has broke FOUR times since I purchased it in less than a year ago because their systems are down. So now I wait to see if they can fix their systems so I can get my expensive necklace back. No help and district manager has been the most useless trying to resolve their cheap quality product. Driving here took an hour!!!

Took my engagement ring in to get a repair done and just received it after a month-long wait. I was not given any updates on the ring’s repair status (including the status on the receipt would not update).Originally, my ring was ROSE GOLD but then once the repair was done, it is now gold with even the prongs being different colors than the original casing. I understand that the ring was dipped in rose gold but I expected that if I brought in a ring of one color it would come back in the same color as the receipt clearly also stated that it was rose gold.Additionally, the manager was very rude and decided to make a big deal of my ring simply being a different color as though it was my fault that it came back like this. I have my own photographic proof of how my engagement ring looked prior to the repair but the manager barely looked to compare as she didn’t seem to care about anything I had to say. The manager also didn’t seem to care about the only other sales associate who was very polite and even apologetic for the situation.The store manager is very unprofessional and did not even try to offer to fix the issue of the ring’s color let alone the additional problems such as the still visible cracked shanks (which is what the main reason for the repair) since the jeweler did not buff out the cracks properly. There are also more specs of dents and black dots near the two cracked shanks.I was trying to be reasonable and respectful of the manager and the sales associate, but the way that the manager spoke to me was very disrespectful and dramatic when it could have been handled in a much calmer manner. I have had rings resized at this exact establishment with the same staff members so I never would have expected such poor service. Another sign that seemed odd was that the two staff members kept trying to encourage me to go to another shop to get my ring repaired. I would have thought sales would have wanted the business but I suppose it shows more on their iffiness and confirms my concern to not continue shopping at a jewelry store that does not respect their customers.

I was getting my ring serviced at zales, the staff was really friendly and assured me that my ring was in good hands. When I came to pick up my ring it looked good as new.

Went to Zales at the Cape Cod Mall. I had a wedding ring picked out but the store didn't have one at that store. The women working at the store that day were very helpful and made me feel like I was with a friend rather than a sales person. They helped me pick out a wedding ring that complimented my engagement ring beautifully. I then had the two rings attached to one another and a new rhodium coating added to my engagement ring. The services were performed and my rings were returned to me in a reasonable time frame. I felt confident that my diamond was not going to get lost and/or switched. My wedding rings are absolutely gorgeous and I would definitely recommend their store.

I would like to write this review due to the great service I received when I visited during my vacation. I was just puttering and Brandy came over to help me. I was looking for a gift for my husband but wasn’t sure, he isn’t really into jewelry. I decided not to purchase something for him, but Brandy was so amazing and not at all a pushy sales person, that I purchased a little bling for myself. Thanks Brandy I love my purchase !!!

I have shopped at this jewelry store on more than one occasion and I've never had anything but nice things to say about this store and their staff. I love their selection and Brandy is an amazing sales person. She has always helped me with any questions I might have had and always let's me know if the store is running a promotion. Highly recommend!

I dropped my mothers ring off at the end of last year to have it repaired due to missing stones. A gift from my husband for Mother’s Day 2020 and this is second repair. I still have not received my ring back. Customer service stated repair shop was sitting on it for ok to repair due to payment. I bought the warranty! There is no fee for repair. Today they stated it went back out due to quality control. It’s been over a month and I’ve been chasing them around. I have not received a voluntary contact from the store with a status update. Would not recommend. Horrible service.

Love it here. The people are so kind and don’t push the sale. We worked with Mary Beth and she was so kind and took her time and gave her honest opinion on everything. I will continue to shop here, and always work with her. Highly recommend

An absolutely horrible location. I ordered a rose gold chain for my boyfriend for Christmas. The chain was too thin. It broke. So I returned it to this location and wanted to order a thicker one. Not only did it take them over a month to refund my first order, but it is now FEBRUARY and I still have heard no word on its replacement. NONE. I will never, ever, go to Zales again for anything. Truly a shame, as I wanted to shop for a ring in the future. But they've ruined it with their incompetence, confusion (I called no less than 3 times over three months and they never now what to tell me), and just lack of care. Seriously, don't waste your time, money, and emotional energy. They need to clean this store up.
