Technician told me that they were ‘just about to call me to say they don’t have COVID vax available’. This was right at the appointment time and I am standing in an empty Rx. Thanks for wasting my time. Not even a single person in Rx. Angry and very hostile Pharmacist shouted that despite me being immunocompromised that she won’t give the vax. Not sure if this is just her personal bias against the COVID vax, but the lack of professionalism was astounding. I was in my car on the way home and suddenly I received a call from the same Walgreens with a detailed voice mail message for someone else’s name, their DOB and their entire medical situation regarding their medical issue!! I have my name on the VM. Rx not at all professional and violation of HIPAA just is beyond ‘oops’. Love the front staff folks but I will be moving the meds.

The pharmacy here is lacking. They are short staffed. Short tempered and so different than it was about a year or so ago. You cannot call and get through. You wait in long lines to be toldWrong info. Terrible disappointed and will be moving my meds as soon as I can. Which is sad. I’ve shopped here since it was rite aid. Front cashier workers are lovely. Pharmacy needs help. All around. And I’m a young woman with patience..

While this location is a bit out of the way from where I am in Weat Yarmouth, I've got to give it to them over my nearby CVS, because they actually had what I was looking for. I have a serious case of poison ivy on both my legs & am in dire need of calamine lotion until I can get back home & find a more effective solution. /overshare. They had it here. Relief is pending.

The store is great, employees very friendly. Switched from CVS a few years ago was great for awhile. Not sure what happened in the last few months with the pharmacy. There have been days I have waited over 40 minutes on the phone and it seems I have to constantly call to get orders from in progress to filled. And now they have cut their hours to an extremely small amount.

I am giving this Walgreens 2 Stars because they are very slow with my Boyfriend's Meds and he is really slowly thinking of switching to a different Pharmacy ! The Pharmacy sucks! You have customers waiting for their Meds and you are f****** taking your sweet time that is uncalled for! I am not mentioning my name because I am pissed about this pharmacy being so f****** slow!

Pharmacy is seeming a lot better right now and they're doing their absolute best with their situation and it shows. Before the new staff my scripts were often not ready when i got a call but were done fairly quick if i waited but ever since last month it seems back to normal. The new pharmacist is very kind as well as the technicians and they always help me with any and everything i have needed.

I've been trying to get a prescription for diabetic supplies filled at this pharmacy since December 21st. I got an e-mail that there was an insurance issue, but that they were working on it. They were not. They waited for me to call in and find out what the problem was; they did not reach out to my doctor for the form they needed - they told ME to do that. My doctor completed the form and faxed it back, and here we are - January 7, 2022; still no update on status. Call the store? "There are more than 3 people ahead of you in queue" Enjoy the hold music... Use the Walgreens Corporate Chat function? You get an agent's name, and "How Can I Help You", and then everything you type is ignored. If Walgreens can't do better than this, FOLD! Go Out Of Business! Quit treating the paying customer like EARWAX!!!!!

This store is rarely busy and a great place to get what you need at your own pace. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and will go out of their way to answer your questions or find what you need. The only thing that I don't like is the pharmacy. It's only open until 6 pm which makes it difficult for a lot of working people to get there in time.

I just switched from CVS to Walgreens and I'm already happy! They had all my prescriptions ready in a timely manner & the staff is really friendly. The pharmacy is busy, (like every other pharmacy) but my overall experience was better than all CVS pharmacies.
