I went to the wrong Salvation Army to drop off clothes and the staff at the Hyannis store were friendly and helpful by giving me the correct drop off address.

I drove 15 miles in traffic to donate to the Salvation Army. They were supposed to be taking donations until 2pm. I got there at ten minutes of and they declined my items because the truck was full. Same thing next day at 11am drove all the way down there unloaded my donations and they were declined. This rude young man with a very bad attitude practically assaulted me. I am a disabled senior. Their site said they would take the items and if you call them you get an automated system that is of no help at all. This company profits $100 million dollars a year and the owner is extremely wealthy. The founder of this organization must be turning in his grave knowing how this organization is being run nowadays!
