Barely ever organized, products out of stock for months. Some workers don’t know how to speak to customers and apparently self check out is only for emergencies not if the line is backed up.

Dollar general is a great store to buy cheap items. But that's exactly what they are CHEAP! They do have an assortment of different items though and sometimes it doesn't matter if u buy the cheap version compared to the more expensive version. Anyway would definitely shop there for certain things, couldn't do your whole shopping there though!

They have a lot of products still unpacked in baskets and hand carts. There doesn't seem to be enough employees to stock the store appropriately. Many shelves have bare spots where the product should be.

Around 2:40-3:00pm while walking into the store with my fiancé and her 15 year old sister we were fallowed around the store by one of the employees. She had a blue zip up sweatshirt, a mask on, and long blonde hair. I would say she was an older woman. She asked if we needed any help and we said no thank you we’re all set, she said okay and continued to fallow us. We asked her why she was fallowing us through a couple of the isles. Her response was to walk away angrily and start talking to another employee. This other employee was a tall, heavy set man wearing a black t-shirt. We kept hearing them say they weren’t gonna stop fallowing us and that “they kicked someone out last week”. We started to walk to the front of the store not know what was going on. They both fallowed us and blocked us into an isle. Both on either side of us. We asked the lady again why she was fallowing and staring at us. She said that it’s her job in a very aggressive tone. The whole time we were in the store, she was 5 steps behind, just staring at us. When we went to go leave I started to get angry, and asked her us to stop falling us because they didn’t do this to any other customers in the store. We didn’t even have enough time to find the stuff we were looking for. They both fallowed us outside and took pictures of my car and us. (We had a 15 year old with us). We pulled back in and waited for my fiancée mom.

Great store, friendly staff. But the biggest problem is that they are supposed to open at 8 but half the time when I try to go around 8:30 they are still closed and have a note up that they'll open, usually between 9:30 and 10:00. I understand the occasional time where someone runs late or there are problems opening up on time once in a while, but this is a regular thing. Happens enough that I figure I might as well wait until 10:30 even tho I would rather go much earlier to get shopping out of the way.

Went in around 9pm last night and browsing the aisles I looked over and saw a MOUSE eating candy. Told the girl working and she was amazingly apologetic and extremely embarrassed. To the manager of this location, if it’s getting to the point of customers SEEING the mice, you know you have a mouse problem. Girl working was amazing and extremely nice and helpful.

This is the biggest bait n switch store I've ever been in.. pay attention people to the prices.. the price on the shelves is not what it rings up as at the register.. Keep your eyes open and watch as your items get scanned... Or should I say scammed
