I can't thank Justin enough. When I learned that another jeweler damaged my beautiful engagement ring beyond repair, I was devastated. I trusted Justin to create a custom ring designed just as the original had been (with some very slight modifications) and he certainly delivered.During my appointment, Justin sat with me and explained the process of creating a new ring, pointed out different design details and options, and gave me a timeline when to expect certain parts of the process to be done (which everything was on time).After several weeks, I was finally able to see my beautiful ring again, and it couldn't have been more perfect. Just look at those before and after photos! He even had one of my wedding bands to ensure a perfect fit. Every single detail is perfect.I am so grateful to Justin for working with me to bring my ring back to life, and I am relieved to have found a local jeweler I really feel I can trust.

Bought my fiancé's engagement ring here last year and can't recommend Wright Jewelry enough. Jenna was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I was an anxious buyer with a lot of questions, but she was patient and made me feel very comfortable. In the months since being a customer, my fiancé has stopped in with ring-related questions and said Justin and Jenna have continued to be a great help. Thanks again!

I recently moved from another state and have had a lot of trouble establishing help for my needs here: new doctors, dentists, furniture stores, etc. Various services I can trust. But I could not have been luckier or happier to find Wright Jewelry! The store is absolutely beautiful.. filled with beautiful pieces! I took jewelry in for repair and cleaning and couldn't help but buy some pieces there! The staff is skilled and so friendly, patient. and helpful. I plan to make many more visits to Wright Jewelry and Design!

My engagement ring is an antique and Wright did an AMAZING job reinforcing prongs, deep cleaning, and resizing post-pregnancy-finger-changes. The owners and staff are very attentive and friendly.

After going to a couple of other places and being told that the custom wedding band I was looking for wasn’t really possible, I went to Wright and was told that not only was it possible, but that it would be ready in 1/3 of the time I was quoted from other places. Justin was so thorough; tweaking images until it was exactly what I wanted before we proceeded. The final product was truly better than I ever could have imagined. Justin was so helpful and communicative and delivered exactly what I was hoping for. Don’t go anywhere else!

Never in my life did I think I would need to have custom jewelry made for me. Never. But I lost one of my most-favorite earrings, and after looking around for months for a replacement, I popped into Wright Jewelry to see what they had, or could order. They had beautiful things, but I really wanted my perfect earrings back. Justin offered that they could make a match, but that it would likely cost more than the original pair. After some thought, I said yes. And I am so glad that I did!! They are perfect, even better than the original (a little bigger pearl than the original, and oh so clean!). Their jeweler did a magnificent job. 10/10 would recommend. Plus, the whole shop is so friendly. I feel like I "have a jeweler" now.

I can't give enough praise for Justin and his team at Wright Jewelers. They do EVERYTHING. I will never go to another jeweler again for any of my needs. My fiancee and I both got our wedding bands done here, custom made, for a great price. They both came out PERFECT! I even went there to get my fiancee's engagement ring resized after the original jeweler said it couldn't be done due to a tolerance issue. Justin took care of it, and did it in a fraction of the time other jewelers quoted me! My mistake for going somewhere else first, before Wright. Learn from my mistake and go to Wright first, and last. :-)FYI - Ziggy, their Bernedoodle, is big fluff ball of joy to have around the store! :-)

Jenna and her husband are 2 amazing jewelry store owners. I came in with an idea for an engagement ring for my girlfriend and Jenna helped me find just what I wanted and more. I shopped at 2 other places and decided to go with Wrights. I proposed to my girlfriend and she said yes and we already know where we are going for our wedding bands ☺️. My Fiance even went there and bought me stunning diamond studs. Wrights has now become my go to jewelry store for whenever I want to get the special gift for that special someone. I want to thank you again. We’ll be in soon for you to see the ring.

We recently custom designed a sapphire engagement ring with Jenna that turned out absolutely stunning. We could not be happier with the ring! Jenna and the Wright team were great to work with during the entire process. We will definitely be back for the bands and any other jewelry need.

I took my engagement ring and wedding band to have a 25 year makeover. I gave Justin ideas of what I was envisioning and he worked with myself and my husband and we came up with what I can only say is stunning. I absolutely love it.

I was quoted $10 to replace battery in a Seiko watch. I questioned the quote and was assured that the quote was correct. I felt it wasn't enough. Went to pick watch up and there was an added cost for replacing the gasket ring. A small piece of rubber (o-ring) and that was $10. I feel that maybe the quote was off so they came up with a crazy number on the gasket. A bag of those gaskets (50) in a bag was $9.95NOT A GOOD CHOICE TO MAKE UP $$My first time there, probably last.
