Let who helped me at the counter was very nice and answered all my questions. He even fixed part of my front bumper. It was great that I was able to drop it off and leave for Thanksgiving, come back, and have the car ready and working better than ever. If you want a good hourly rate, I would suggest going here.

I would rate 10 stars if I could.Husband and I were passing through town last week on the way to New Hampshire, stopped for coffee and our car broke down. Our tow operator suggested we take the car to Precision Auto Repair and being from out of the area, we had no knowledge of this business, but agreed, mostly based on the current goggle reviews. The owner of the business was so helpful, understood our predicament and worked to get the starter in our car replaced and road-ready by the time we were heading back home. The cost of the service was MORE THAN FAIR, eliminating that dreaded feeling of "ugh, how much is this gonna cost." It's so easy to be taken advantage of in this situation, but this was most definitely not the case, and the owner of this business was happy he could help us out, as he told my husband when he picked up the car on our way our of town. I would recommend this business 100%.

Lou is a life saver!!! Traveling thru town, headed back home to Wisconsin & the car broke down. Stranded on the side of the road for 36hrs trying to find help, called Precision Auto & he got us in immediately. Fixed our car & got us back on the road!!! Excellent job at an extremely fair price!!!!

Over the last month Lou has been a wealth of knowledge in regards to having an ignition lock removed under unique circumstances. Today I stopped in and he was so helpful and said he would handle the removal as soon as I could get the vehicle there. Great experience, Lou your willingness to help was so appreciated.Kristen

Lou is great! He always goes above and beyond for his customers. Took care of me on short notice when I needed a broken suspension part replaced. My girlfriend also went here with a squeaky belt that was progressively getting worse and he was honest with what needed to be done. Prices have always been fair. Glad to have a trustworthy mechanic close by!
