I ordered a large order online and had it accidentally shipped to my house instead of for pick up. I couldn’t figure out how to cancel my order so I called the store. Sam answered and because it was Sunday and Labor Day weekend customer service was closed. I told Sam I was going to come in to the store and repurchase since these were gifts for my mother. I read him off my entire order and he had everything set aside for me when I arrived. Both my mother and I were warmly welcomed and treated with wonderful customer service. My mom told Sam “this is my favorite place in the whole world” and Sam replied “mine too!” . We browsed the store a bit and talked about some beautiful candle holders. One of which we absolutely adored. Sam told us how beautiful it was when lit up. We left the store so happily.I shortly returned back for the candle holder, it was a must have. When I returned I was happily greeted again by both Sam and the gentleman working with him. Sam told me he looked into how I could easily return my large order and walked me through the whole process so I wasn’t confused.10/10 recommend! They were very helpful and professional. What a positive experience we had! Can’t wait to return for more candles.

This rating is due to the poor customer service I received from Aidan. If he is having trouble or is frustrated with a customer, he should know better than to roll his eyes and turn away from the customer. He needs to take more customer service training.

Yankee Candle has their flagship store in MA, and we visited it and it was really cool! I didn't purchase anything from there but still wanted some souvenirs, so I stopped into this location at the Holyoake mall. The staff was really nice and welcoming even though one of our boba drinks was leaking since it wasn't sealed all the way. I ended up purchasing some car jar scents, which were on sale for $1 each. The cashier was friendly and bagged my items, and asked which scent I'd like to be sprayed on the tissue paper. He also gave me a coupon for BoGo candles starting later in August. Glad to know AZ has a few locations so I can visit again!

Good selection but the quality of the candles ant what it was years back. Rather go up to their flagship location to get the ‘experience’ with the family than just shopping at the mall.

Wish I could give zero stars. Staff are extremely rude. I used a store laptop computer to look up information about candles and one staff member closed the laptop on my hand!

first of all, i want to disclaim how pleasant and jolly candle shopping should be come the holiday season. Sam has absolutely shattered that mood. between the dirty looks, attitude, and hearing his snarky comments about me and my friend. then proceeding to walk into the back on his phone while there is a line of 4 people, leaving his coworker Erik (who was very kind and personable) to handle all of the work. Sam was very rude to everyone who walked thru the door, including an elderly woman simply asking the price of a certain size candle. i’m convinced his only job is to stand at the door and ruin everyone’s experience. the disrespect from Sam every time i come into the store, makes me immediately want to leave.

I've been going with my wife and kids during the xmas season every year since my kids were about 2 years old and now my kids are in their early 20s. We absolutely love this place for the ambiance and aroma of candles and it wouldn't feel like Christmas to us without it. We plan to keep goin every year as long as we are all still here.

I ordered 4 candles from Yankee candle on October 13, 2019. I received the candles a little over a week later and 2 of the jar candles were broken. I emailed yankee candles customer care and sent pictures of the broken candles asking for some kind of resolution. I received a response saying that they would be happy to replace the broken candles and asked me to send more pictures of the broken candles. I did this and followed up with 4 emails since October 28th and have not received a response. I’m very disappointed with the customer service and just want my candles. I won’t be shopping at yankee candle any longer.

Really good Yankee Candle, my child made a candle and he loved it,it was gone almost instantly.
