Just learned that Gap Factory is not the Gap. If you buy something from the Gap online and need to return it, Gap Factory cannot take it back. You can however, return it to Staples. ?Of course the online Gap doesn’t say this anywhere so I wasted 2 hrs of my day figuring this out.Customer Service is not what it used to be.

I went into the Gap around the holidays and while the cashier was ringing me out, I asked if she had a box. At first she said no,then she said, well they're for credit card customers ! I almost told her what she could do with my purchase! I complained to corporate but was told stores didnt have boxes and they were probably left over. Obviously I dont believe that! I will never shop at this high priced store again!!
