Horrible customer service. I walked in around 11:30, my kids picked out their items they wanted by 11:40, we went to the register and waited for a cashier for 10 minutes. Nobody ever came. I called out and still nobody came. We just left and my kids are mad they didn’t get anything. When we left I looked in the window and the worker had headphones on. It’s not like the store was closed, it was 11am.

Great store with lots of selections for toys. Got a few collectibles there myself and the prices are a little high but also okay and usually worth it since they have some things other stores don’t. Very clean and the staff is friendly and professional

First time I went in to browse for my boys I bought a $50 gift card, 3 organic pjs 9-12m and 2 thermal long sleeves along with a little baskeball hoop stand for my baby. Next day we returned to use the gift card and was falsely accused of shoplifying. The manager said the day I made the purchase I stole items. She went based off what a man associate said. I was so humiliated. My question is if they saw me stealing why didn't they approach me the same day and search me ??? They waited until I came back to falsely accuse me. The cameras will show me putting items back that I didn't want. I used my stroller basket at the time. They could have searched me the day I purchased items. They would have found nothing. Manager named Samantha and other associates were present. One associate with gages in his ears accused me of stealing a big item and then switched to stating he didnt see anything but knows i took merch. I have my receipt to this day. Manager was at register at time of purchase. I told them to look at the cameras and they proceeded to say no we don't have to. I also tried talking to the manager and team about this to clear it up. They didn't alow me to speak. The same man who accused me approached me to get physical too and I had to stand my ground. I had my 10 year old and 2 month old baby with me. I'm seriously emotionally scarred from this. The company needs a whole new team for this store. The staff are all very young and very inexperienced in retail/customer service they are extremely accusatory.Hopefully the company can allow an online shopping ability because I love the toys for my litte ones.

Love this place very professional when returning toys that the company messed up and extremely helpful when you have a last min gift I had to find for my granddaughter! Only little down fall was the young lady who had an attitude towards my husband but that’s not even a problem because everything else and their toy selection is amazing!! Definitely will go back and will let people know about this place!!

My husband and I went to this store a week ago for the first time and was surprised to see how organized they are. They have all toys in their own sections according to the theme. They have Star Wars, marvel, princesses, coco melon, etc. they also have baby clothes and necessities. Overall was satisfied with the amount of things and their prices.
