“Monnick is truly wonderful! After unsuccessfully trying Lowes/HD to get some keys copied I stopped here. They warned me the keys may not work as Chevy requires chipped keys, but I asked to try anyway. They happily attempted my request. Then once I got to pay I realized I left my card at home and my apple pay wasn't working. I was so embarrassed but they said no big deal, gave me my keys and said come back and pay later! I was honestly shocked! They didn't have to do that, but they did!And I'm happy to report the keys worked!”
“The staff is super great here. Had a key stuck in my lock I was having issues with. Although we couldn't get it out the guy tried his hardest even though he didn't have to and I really appreciated it”

“We needed playground wood chips for our back yard. Called Sam White & Sons in Medfield and were able to schedule a delivery within a few days. I ordered 5 yards and that was a bit too much (the guy on the phone estimated 10-14 yards, that would be enough for a whole school playground...)The truck driver was excellent, managed to maneuver the truck thru our driveway (somewhat narrow with overhanging tree limbs) into our back yard. He was professional, kind and friendly.We bought what they call "certified playground wood chips", but I was disappointed because a lot of it is thin sawdust, the fine fibers get into your nose and throat even when the material is wet, you need to wear a mask when spreading it around. I doubt it will last more than a couple of years. My advice is to order the coarse wood chips, I think that's the stuff you see at school playgrounds, larger chips, less fine dust.Overall- they grossly overestimated the quantity we needed, and the material they recommended was not the best for our needs. But still- great service, fair prices, recommended!”

“Doing a deck replacement and found their pricing for composite boards to be competitive. Dave in sales was very knowledgeable and responsive, found him great to work with. Paul maneuvered the delivery of 20' boards like it was nothing. Very pleased with my experiences.”
“We spent 12 hours painting our bedroom(primer, then paint). It was not easy, it was hard work due to how the room is set up. We had started the paint once the sun started to set.. I told my husband I didn't love the color and it looked nothing like the swatch. Thought maybe once it dried, it would look better. The next morning, once the paint was dried and the sun was up we realized something wasn't right. Only now just realized that THE GUY GAVE US THE WRONG COLOR. We asked for High Park and were given Liberty Park. I guess maybe it's partially our fault for just trusting him and not double checking? But it's not like he asked us if it was the right color when he gave it to us (like they usually do at Lowe's).Livid is an understatement. I'm crushed as I have back issues and this was not an easy task for us. I'm updating this review to 4 stars because Tyler was nice enough to offer us a new can of paint in the correct color. He was very nice and although I'm extremely disappointed, he was super helpful and I'm VERY thankful! I'm glad he was there today, as he was very apologetic.(The color around the plug is the color we wanted, the pea green color is what we were given initially)”

“I have been a loyal customer for many years. I often go there with a "challenging project", for which there is no product made for the issue that I am trying to resolve. Rather than running the other way when they see me coming, they listen, think about it, (you can see the wheels spinning), and have ALWAYS been successful in finding a solution, sometimes, going as far as even taking the time to modify another item to make it work!! “I'm not a plumber, just a guy who lives close to the store and hates Home Depot. The store is really for pros, but when I go in they are still really helpful. I try to go in when it's loaded with plumbers, but as long as I do that and keep the really stupid questions to a minimum they are fantastic to deal with.”
“I purchase my pine chips here. We use them as kitty litter. Easy to clean box! Big bag cost $6.00. I have also bought clothes and plants here. . I orinciply stay towards the front of the store, but I know they have varied stock. I am sure they might have what you are looking for. Call to make sure. They also have a vet on-site on certain Saturdays,”

“I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews. I moved to the area 8 months ago and visit this store very often. The staff is always super helpful and pleasant. I went in at 930 on Friday night and there was a couple buying a lot of things checking out at closing. Diane had her stuff with her and was walking out the door but saw me waiting and dropped her things to cash me out. That's exceptional service. I used to manage a retail store a long time ago and you don't find people like this anywhere. Well done!! I also chatted with a couple other guys, one in the lumber section and he helped me find a piece of PVC and then walked through practically the entire store to help me find something else. And there was David in the paint department who was also super friendly and helpful and walked me to various areas as well. A couple days prior I was cashed out by super helpful woman in the lumber section. You guys have done a great job hiring some great people. Thank you!!”

“I was there today at Natick store. Natick is very far away for me from Lexington. But they have great vanities with stone like counter top all the time. The other store will tell me the store model is not for sale. Now I know why. The guy from plumbing department helped me to find a replacement for a missing mirror, took me to the manager for price adjustment , disassembled the vanity from the rack & the floor and helped to put it on my car. What a efficient service. All the people there I met today are super nice and friendly!”
