It would be great if there was a way to actually speak to someone over the phone. It doesn’t seem that that’s an option. I found it very frustrating

The phlebotomist was extremely professional, prompt, courteous and gave a wonderful needle. She was friendly and paid extra attention to making me feel at ease - she even had a whiteboard with entertaining riddles on it to create a relaxing atmosphere.

Super friendly and fast! Didn’t have a prior appointment and the wait time was more than reasonable. Can’t remember the woman’s name who took my blood, but very nice & efficient. Not sure what the negative reviews are about?

Can't get anybody by phone no matter what extension you dial it just goes silent or hangs up on you

There are warnings of All sorts; ALL patients that have appts Take Priority over Walk-Ins. lols, they have a Hand Written Note saying so?? Six months ago that was UNtrue; again for the 2ND time it's UNtrue.Please save the NONSENSE reply apologies & Fix It.They Are NOT following their Own Rules For 2nd Time!!! Very frustrating.

Honestly one of the best medical lab experiences I've ever had. Lois did my blood draw and I started not to feel great. Before I could say anything she jumped into action, finished the blood draw and made sure I was okay. Highly recommend, especially if you're worried about Covid. They have a text check in that you can use as well as a tablet in the office.

So if you make an early morning appointment on line because you're fasting, watch out!! You get there and guess what.... no record of your appointment, and you're FASTING. The next available appointment is one hour and the s taff act like the faulty technology is your fault!

Been here 3 different times..on 3 different day ...9:30..11:30..and 2..no one is ever here and its impossible to get a real human on the phone to speak to..the person who runs this office needs to be here if it busy or not..or close the location

I don't often write reviews but really, if you can find another choice of lab to visit you should. The worker at sign in was unhelpful at best. Instead of her being kind, I was treated to mostly silence and exasperated looks. I had an appointment but there were still four people ahead of me. I decided to leave, it wasn't worth it. And this was a re-vist. I was only there because previously a phlebotomist from the same lab was unable to successfully complete my blood draw.
