There was a manager who kicked us out and very rudely asked us to leave suddenly without warning cause they were about to close. We didn’t realize they closed at 7:00 and we were happy to leave but the manager was extremely rude about it. When my boyfriend asked if he could use the bathroom first the manager replied “fine but I want to go home.” There were still people at the checkout when he said this so they couldn’t close anyway.

Stopped in for a last minute birthday gift & found exactly the right thing (w/ help from a friendly B&N book-finder specialist, which isn't a thing but they totally are!!!) As it began to downpour the cashier saw my worry & triple wrapped my gift so it would make it safely to my car! B&N saved the day!

I love Barnes and Noble, I have very find memories visiting book stores growing up from Buck-A-Book in Davis to Borders in the Galleria to just about every big book store and mom and pop book store in and around other Boston. The smell of coffees and fresh book are amongst the best.

Very spacious B&N that very well stocked with all genres of books, as well as toys and puzzles. It's always fun to wander around and browse, there's always some fun, new discovery.

Am visiting from KS and were looking for a type of game book. They didn't have exactly what I was looking for but they went above and beyond looking for what I wanted. They came back to me with 2 books and I went ahead and purchased one. Very friendly and helpful...exceptional service!
