Got a book on how to win an argument which was useless but the store was great and staff was friendly

Stopped in for a last minute birthday gift & found exactly the right thing (w/ help from a friendly B&N book-finder specialist, which isn't a thing but they totally are!!!) As it began to downpour the cashier saw my worry & triple wrapped my gift so it would make it safely to my car! B&N saved the day!
