Like the local aspect. Never had a problem with service. Lumberyard folks are great. Limited in some items, honestly for all their space, Florence hardware has a better selection of stuff. But the hours suck. Closed sat and Sunday? Come on.

Have never been treated as rudely in any store ever. Made an appointment (which they recommended) to discuss countertop and kitchen options. Arrived on time and made a polite wave to Dan Davis who was on the phone and gave me the "1 minute" hand signal. Waited 15-20 mins browsing options until checking again, reminding him I had an appointment 25 mins ago and was given a very rude "I'm on the phone". I left nearly 30 mins after my confirmed appointment time and was literally waved away. Unbelievable! Wouldn't trust these people with any project in my home.

I work at r.k.Miles so, I'm a little biased but, having said that, we have one of the cleanest, we'll organized , and very well stocked building supply stores around !! The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and ready to help you with all of your building needs. Awesome company to work for, too !! A+++

Probably the MOST unhelpful jerks I've ever encountered!!! Shop literally ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!! Customer service is non-existent. Not sure how they stay in business

The lady Deb in paints gave me more great tips on painting my bathroom. I have bought paint at the "paint store" and not received as much help as she gave. I will buy my paint and other needs at this store.

This place has everything. Lumber is tough to get in the yard. Loaded up myself. While the workers leaned on the racks and counted the lumber .

rk MILES staff is always friendly and helpful. Whether I am purchasing hardware or lumber the treatment has always been excellent. Christa in the window and doors department goes beyond helpfulness when placing orders and following up.

Always polite and helpful, they are a great place to buy construction materials from. Lumber, insulation, and sheet goods are almost always cheaper here compared to HD, and it's delivered after a quick phone call. Give you local supply houses the business and buy the missing piece Sunday night at HD.

We went to this company because we had a broken screen door that we wanted replaced. The first representative we spoke to said to bring the door with us so they could evaluate it and measure it to see if there was a product to match. When we got there with the door, the floor staff informed us that we didn’t need to bring the door, and didn’t even look at it. Instead they wanted the CIG number off the glass door and said they would email the company that makes the doors. They also talked to us about getting an entire new door system instead, but the rest of the doors work well; all we needed was a new screen door.After about month of no response, and leaving voicemails for the rep we spoke with, we contacted the company directly and found out the CIG number isn’t even for the door itself, it’s unique to the glass in the door and the manufacture.Would not recommend if you are looking for genuine help with a small project or replacement parts.
