I was very happy with this moving company ! I told my friend to call them also and they came in a lot less than her other quotes! The owner was very attentive making me feel comfortable at a difficult time.

We used the company this week and we so appreciated that the guys were on time, polite, professional and really took the job seriously. They were very careful around the house and aware of not bumping or damaging floors and walls. Some of the pieces were a challenge and they thought through options and got everything done.

What a JOB! these guys were professional, efficient, trustworthy and absolutely TOP NOTCH!! Not only was the crew incredible but dealing with the office staff and coordinators was nothing but perfect. They made everything so easy during a stressful time of moving during covid. I would recommend this company over and over again to everyone i know! They will be doing my next move also!

My family has used BTI for 3 moves as of writing this. My grandmother, myself, and recently my parents. We've done single day moves, we've had to find temporary storage solutions, and we've done PODS too.

Mayflower Transit moved our household goods from Boston, MA to Parkland, FL. Several items went missing that were listed in the inventory control list. They even sold us additional insurance when we purchased the move. We filed a claim with the business through their online system and we received confirmation of receipt. We have contacted them several times and they simply fail to respond.
