Great experience here getting my used 2014 Outback. Dealers are friendly and let you take your time browsing. Great price and car was very clean. Had some very minor tech troubles after leaving the lot and Hampton took it right back and fixed everything perfectly very quickly. They are a pleasure to work with. I’ve had the car for 2 months and have zero issues, just finished taking it on a 1,400 mile road trip and was a delight to drive! Thank you.

These guys are awesome. They were incredibly patient with me and held onto a truck way longer than what should have been expected. Unlike many other small dealerships, they are completely honest about everything and I never once felt lied to throughout the whole process. The prices and customer service are as good as it gets. They took care of everything for me and I couldn’t be happier with my experience and truck. It was great doing business with you guys and I appreciate everything, you really did go above and beyond for me.

Very professional people, all of them are very friendly, Angela and Rusty took care of me and my wife without pushing us to buy. We bought a nice Subaru Forester 2015 for a good price. This is our dealer of preference. We have bought 2 cars here. Something that we love about this dealership is that they do not sale cars from the auction. I really recommend this dealership to anyone who come across with me. Thank you Angela and Rusty.

You sold my sister a complete lemon of a car. Within 6 mo the of buying it she’s spent over $2500 in repairs, including the transmission going bad and she realized when the engine was making a terrible noise within days of buying it that it had no oil in it. The car is back in the shop again, for the 3rd time. Either you are running a shady business or the mechanics you have are completely incompetent. It’s surprising to see a local business do something like this to a single mother in the area.

My wife and I went to take a look at a Subaru we saw online. It was very clean and we were treated very well. The 2014 had only one owner and runs beautifully. The company took care of all the paperwork and everything went smoothly. Thank you for making the experience of buying a used car easy. Would definitely purchase again from you.

2009 Subaru Forester caught as is. The dealer said it was a special one lol. It was real special alright, it didn't last a week. Be careful please and just skip over this place

Bought a 2014 Subaru Outback with 96k miles in October 2022. It shifted a little weird so I brought it up with Rusty and team, they assured me nothing was wrong. After the shifting worsened, I got the transmission checked and got told I would need an entirely new transmission. It was outside of the warranty period so nothing could be done. I don't think this vehicle was checked as well as it could have been and I have only put 7k miles on it since purchasing and have had issues since. save yourself money and trouble and go to a better dealership.

Baught a MAZDA CX-5 had check engine light on was told before selling the car we will make it 100% reliable and i was like kool got it financed I spoke to Mr Dave and he told me the issue has been fixed but we need someone to drive it so the it could calibrate the reading and the car functions right I drove it for couple of miles and the check engine light comes on again and during the evening time I tried switching on the headlights but it doesn’t switch on I contacted and was told it has a sensor the lights will activate once it is evening later I find out there were no light blubs in the headlights but I informed them when i dropped the car next day and was told we will diagnose it again after couple of hours I received a call saying the car passed the emission test and there is no check engine light it was due to a spark plug i ubered back to pick it up after few minutes the light comes on again and i leave the car there itself and drop the keys in the office next day i get a call from MR DAVE saying I could add some kind of liquid and drive the light should go off and i told him i am supposed to drive it to DALLAS TX since i am moving there i am not in the rush figure things out and fix what it needs to since i am paying almost 10k I don’t need a car which is not reliable if not i don’t need the car then he told me there is some issue with the lifter assembly and we will have to take off the cylinder head it might take couple of days and i was like take your time after a week I called and asked about an update and was told they are replacing the motor since it would have cost them cheaper the car was ready to pick by end of the week I picked the car drove it for a day was perfectly fine packed my stuff and left to Dallas on my way to Dallas the check engine light switches on again stopped by auto zone they diagnosed it and said misfiring in cylinder 3. I had baught the car by reading their reviews and the GENTLEMAN who showed me the car that they repair everything before handing over the car but i just wasted almost 10k I have baught multiple cars from different dealers and private dealers too but never had such problem just do your research i am not happy with the experience.

We were very pleasantly surprised by Hampden Trading Company. The sales people were friendly and actually stood by their word. The second vehicle we purchased had a check engine light on and they were tenacious in determining what the issue was and corrected it at their expense. We're very happy and would recommend them to everyone.

I have debated whether or not to write a review. I am not nor will be knowledgeable about cars. I was completely SCAMMED by this company. Put a deposit down and was promised a laundry list of items to be repaired on car including adding new tires. When I picked up the vehicle, it had not even been cleaned. After picking up, car check engine light went on, and needed to be returned for further repair. When I spoke with owner, I always felt like he was coming from a good place.....ALL LIP SERVICE! At 31 days after purchase the entire exhaust system went on the vehicle. Something promised in the negotiation-Tow truck number 1. During the tow experience, the driver informed us that the tires were about to blow and showed us that the vehicle had been equipped with old, but lightly worn tread, tires. The rubber was dry rotting and originally from 2015. I purchased this car for my son to get to work and go back and forth to school. Selecting a Subaru was intentional on my part for the safety. The owner and technicians, to save a buck, put my sons safety in danger by short Cutting all that was negotiated. If you are not knowledgeable about cars, YOU WILL BE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF! I know the vehicle purchased was older and required some attention....but this is insane!

I could not be happier with my car, a Subaru Outback that runs like a champ, and EVERY aspect of working with Rusty and the staff at Hampden Trading Company. We drove more than an hour to get to Hampden not knowing if it would be worth while and drove back again in a week to pick up our fully serviced and registered Subaru. The only tough part was picking a car from their great selection. I could not recommend them more enthusiastically! If you are sick and tired of dealing with slick, pushy car dealers, you'll be delighted to meet Rusty!
