Mike is an amazing mechanic and a great person! I had a problem with my car and I told him what I thought was wrong with it, fixing that problem would have cost over $500. When Mike looked at the problem it turned out to be a relatively simple fix and only cost about $100. He could have charged me a lot more if he made unnecessary fixes and I wouldn’t have known but he did the right thing. Great guy! Best mechanic in town!

Mike (owner) has been fantastic throughout the years. He is reasonable with his prices and doesn’t come up with fake issues for the money. If there isn’t anything to fix he will tell you. I’m the 3rd generation that has gone to him and he has always been very knowledgeable and prompt with working on our vehicles. If you are in a need of a mechanic don’t hesitate to call him.

So my rear brakes needed to be changed badly and I found out when I went to the honda dealership for a routine oil change. One service rep at the Lia Honda in Northampton would not let me leave without purchasing rear brakes and rotors for $498-$550. Then I went to Exotics right across from Z Autos, and they wanted $500-$550. And then there was Mike at Z Auto, who replaced my rear rotors and brake pads for ONLY $298. And the best part is that he did it in a couple hours. With that said, I highly recommend Z Auto for anyone having any issues on their cars. And yes it is a small shop and there might be a a little bit of wait but you can not beat that service and price. - Tenzin
