I have been to my fair share of post offices from ALL over the greater US, and the Hadley location is by far one of the best ones I’ve been to. The staff are always helpful and courteous whenever I’ve need their service. Their selection of packages are well stocked. If you’re ever in the need for a box or padded envelope, they offer a decent selection to choose from. Kudos to the USPS team here. I appreciate you.

Rude, and refuse to communicate with the Amherst Post Office that all their mail filters through. Years of lost msil, costing me hundreds of dollars, no refunds, horrible service.

Awful service and negligent with mail. We are next door and they fail to deliver mail regularly- not once in a while… often. We have been tracking this and I would venture to guess, it will get even worse after this review. It’s unfortunate the government has stopped serving people and is only serving itself.

I'm shocked by some of these reviews. I have always enjoyed the Hadley post office and have had nothing but good experiences there. I have had good conversations with the clerks and have found them to be very helpful. I live in a big city now and I love coming to the Hadley PO when I visit home because of its friendly, small town feel. Just be polite to them and they will be polite to you!

Girls behind counter are slow moving and not the friendliest. They almost seemed bothered to help. I prefer the Amherst location over this one.

The delivery service is below adequate at best,the mail person(s),seem to make the same mistakes over and over:putting the wrong mail in the wrong box..why is this so difficult?don't these government employees make good money..Well I expect a good job for the good money to say the very least!!

The people working at the post office are rule. We wait in line to be called up us next but all they do is talking to the other costume. And I very badly for the lady who was waiting for a long time but they are so slow because they're talking to other people with work and they let that old ? wait until she left without helping her and when I look at that old lady ? I feel so bad today to see that the old lady tries to stand up in line just to get help from them. But the worker just ” blah blah blah blah, blah. I thought that lady is gonna fall because she stands there so long. I guess she around 90 years old. And went she left without assistance she shaking her head.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Had my passport stolen, walked in, and they walked me through the entire application process. Seamless. My passport arrived 2 weeks later without issue. I've always loved this post office above all..... never a line, always excellent small town service!!!!

Only giving one star because I have to in order to post this review. Will not go here again. Will NOT recommend this post office. The ladies that worked the morning of 1/3/19 were not helpful at all. They were rude and very curt. They had no customer service skills. I wanted to send off about 40 letters via meter. They told me I had to stamp them myself. As I was stamping them, they then told me to "MOVE" from where I was standing in case anyone was to walk in. Mind you, I was the only one there at 8:15am. When I was finished I waited at the desk for a few minutes. I then said "Hello...." to grab someones attention.One lady poked her head out form where she was standing and asked what I wanted. She did not even come to the desk to help me send these out.

I am only in Hadley a day or two a week; but I will make sure to save any mailings for when I'm in Hadley. The service is quick and efficient. Even if there is a line, it moves quickly. The friendly staff is always helpful.
