Place has a great staff who actually care about the animals. They do little events often for the dogs and have photos taken in theme. They do birthday shout outs for their animals and chances are if your dog goes to the hotel, you’ll find many pictures of them on the facebook page. Great place!

I have a big, unruly pitbull that loves everyone and thinks she’s a lap dog. She’s been coming here for daycare since she was a tiny puppy and she absolutely loves it! The staff is amazing and they have fun festive events every few weeks (free!). We get lots of photos, dog treats, and cute art project keepsakes. I can’t say enough good things about these people! They do boarding and grooming too, and have a special place for kitties too. I’m super picky and rarely recommend anything- this place is top notch!

We LOVE Pet Hotel Hadley! It is truly a luxury, fun-filled experience for my dog! All of the staff are so kind and caring— they give my sweet, anxious pup lots of love when he visits! Whether it's daycare or nights away from home, I know he's in good hands! They have super fun theme days with activities, treats, and photos.Robin the groomer is also fantastic!!! Highly recommend!

Pet Hotel Hadley is the only place we bring our pups for day care, boarding and grooming. One of our pups is very anxious and has not had great experiences at other day cares, but he loves going to Pet Hotel Hadley! The staff there are always kind, patient and caring. Both of our guys are exhausted when they get home from day care from all the playing they do while there. Barney and Zeppelin cannot say enough good things about Pet Hotel Hadley and all of their friends there. They give two paws up! ?

We love the Pet Hotel Hadley! The staff goes out of their way to make our pups feel right at home when they stay. Our dog, Jean-Ralphio “Johnny” has a rough trauma history and gets pretty stressed in new places. He loves to stay at the Pet Hotel because the staff have gotten to know him and understand his needs. He smiles upon arrival and goes right to staff. Johnny and Nard Dog give the Pet Hotel 2 Paws Up!

We have been bringing our dog here for approx. 2 years. The staff is so great with him and so friendly. When I drop him off they greet you and my pup with such enthusiasm. When picking him up they will often show me pics of him and his play pals. They do there best to match our dog with others that have his personality and excitement for play time. Before Pet Hotel, we had been to another place for daycare and they would constantly send home bad reviews one after another of our dog and his behavior. We noticed after the first couple times here, he was better at drop off and pick up as far as his behavior. The other place never gave him a chance to get familiar with the place or staff.The Pet Hotel in Hadley, is the only place we will bring our dog.

WE LOVE PET HOTEL SO MUCH! We have been taking our sweet pup to PHH since she was a puppy. She has always been a nervous girl and the staff are so loving and gentle with her. She tends to be afraid of people but is always so excited to trot right into the lobby and give all of her friends little kisses. I can't recommend pet hotel hadley enough. We love you guys!Plus! They do so many cute events and photoshoots, like the superhero day (As seen in this picture!)

We’ve been sending our slightly problematic dog — Cavalier King Charles/chihuahua mix - to Pet Hotel Hadley since she was a pup. We cannot say enough great things about this business. The staff — everyone of them — is wonderful. So friendly and helpful. They even say nice things about our crazy, anxiety-riddled pooch. She goes in wagging every time and comes home without any schedule disruption. The fun little events they run are adorable too!

Pet Hotel is the golden standard for customer service! The staff is excellent and are always super friendly to my wife and me. Our puppy really enjoys coming here and staying close to her favorite staff members while either staying for daycare or overnights. We have been bringing our puppy here for three years and this is the only place we would bring her!

I brought my cats to get groomed here. Both of them are skittish and have never liked strangers. The groomer did a great job and was gentle with them both. The reception staff were easy to work with and the pricing was reasonable. I will definitely bring them back here for their next grooming.

It is always a blast getting to work with the facility and photograph the dogs for their events. It's pretty evident that the dogs love the staff and the staff all very much care about the dogs. Keep up the great work!

I have been bringing my Nica for daycare and kenneling for years and can't speak highly enough about the staff and facility.Everyone is so knowledgeable and kind. Nica gets so excited to go see her second family! A+++++++++

We recently tried this out for a night with our pup and although the staff was great our dog was not when we got him in the car and home. Our fun loving boy was super anxious and stressed for days after we picked him up. When we got him into the car we noticed all the fur on his legs was wet and he stunk, turns out he was covered in pee on all four legs like he had been laying in it. I know bathing/grooming is an additional cost but if you see a dog that literally has pee all over his legs I would think you would at least rinse them off. On top of this on Wednesday (about four days later) he developed a weird cough which after consulting with our vet it’s confirmed kennel cough (I have called and informed the location of this confirmed case).I’m sure this place is great, it’s seems clean, staff was attentive to our pups needs however our overall experience was not great.

This is amazing at the end when we pick up our dogs they want to stay. Friendly staff and super professional.
