I took my nephew to Off The Wall Games looking for Pokémon cards, not realizing they didn't stock that particular game. The employee at the counter was still very helpful, suggesting a few other places nearby that carry Pokémon. In the short time I was in the store, I could see that it's a very nice space, bright and well-organized. I haven't been a TCG player for over a decade, but it's definitely one of the nicest shops I've been in! Though we didn't find what we were looking for, we appreciated the customer service all the same. If my nephew ever gets into any of the games that Off the Wall does cater to, I would absolutely go again.

A big selection of Warhammer, Star Wars, Magic, a couple of other war games, and a big board game selection. They also have a great community of diverse players. It's really awesome, and the owners & employees are great people.

It's a really great store! The atmosphere is awesome, and they have the widest selection of 40k paints and supplies that I've seen in the area. Definitely worth a visit

I went in on Saturday looking for Pokémon cards for a teenager for a toy drive. While there wasn’t any in the store the gentleman took the time to point me to a store and gave recommendations for the most recent cards as well as some accessories to get. Top notch service and I’ll definitely be back because of it!

These folks are super welcoming! Just this weekend they helped my wife find the correct miniature painting supplies for our Spirit Island game. And helped me by ordering the card games I wanted, that were fresh out in store. The people playing games were polite and definitely into their games. It fosters a great community and has always been a friendly experience.

Awesome store for tabletop & tcg gamers. Love the atmosphere & how friendly the store employees are. The lighting is also nice, it isn't super harsh and bright in there.

At first glance Off The Wall Games appears to be a great store and play space for tabletop aficionados well stocked with wargames, board games, card games, and a small selection of tabletop rpg materials.Indeed the store is clearly designed to create play space for wargames and magic: the gathering. That said, the space feels dark, cluttered, and uninviting. One major positive for me waking in was the mask mansate. When checking out I expressed how relieved I was that the store had a mask policy due to having immunocompromised family. The person at the register reported to me that they were only doing it because the town mandated it.This is not my first time at the store, either. In the past I tried to patronize the store only to have orders delayed, communication lost, and a general sense of disregard leveled my way. I don't expect this is personal but with the advent of game cafes and online order systems, the question "what are you actually offering here" floats handily upward. The answer, I suspect, is "contagion vectors and transphobia." I would never bring anyone I actually cared about to this store.

This is probably the best game store I have ever been in, hands down. Employees are always kind, and helpful. Selection of games and miniatures is expansive, and this store stocks more kinds than most. Everything from Reaper to GW, these guys have the best selections and best varieties hands down!
