6 years ago I had my shower/both combo redone by Bathfitter, Greeenfield, MA. I loved, loved it and still do. It is easy to clean, a simple wipedown after each shower and it glistens. Today I had to call due to the shower and tub running at the same time. Within an hour the owner sent Stewart over and in less than a half hour, it was fixed. In addition Stewart checked my water pressure. I had a leaking connection which he also fixed. This company does an excellent install job, but most importantly they stand by the product and come to make the fix. Hats off to Bath Fitter, Greenfield.Service: Shower refinishing

Just had Bath Fitter take out old tub and install a stand-up shower. They said it would take two days and it did. Very pleased on how the install went. Everything works including the hot water. I would recommend them if you are converting from tub to shower.Service: Bathtub replacement

Love my bath fitter unit. Acrylic is so easy to keep clean and not having to worry about grout lines on the wall surround is perfect.

Sloppy work with defective materials. I spent a lot of money to have them redo a shower. The floor has cracked twice! This so-called improvement was a waste of time and money. I wouldn't recommend Bath Fitter to anyone.Service: Remodeling

Extremely disappointed! It took months for our tub surround to be given a date of installation after we paid the down payment. My husband took 2 days off from work to be home. First day for their plumber and second day for installation. Chris the installer was exceptional!! He was the best. But the tub was the wrong size. And they had come out 2 times to measure prior. So the job was half done. Needed to order another tub. But that was after having to arrange for another time for them to come out to measure. 2 weeks go by and nothing about new instal date. I finally called and the tub was not in. Finally we get a call and get another date. My husband had to take another day off from work. Jeff the second installer for this project was also fantastic!!! Guess what?? We ordered a one piece tub and a 2 piece was installed. When they called for us to pay the final payment we asked for a good will adjustment to our bill due to their errors of sizing, having to take more time off from work due to their error snd getting the wrong tub installed! Their answer was "things like this happen"!! No good will adjustment. Nothing. All their errors. Customer service was poor. The installers were the only positive experience! They did an unbelievable job!! We need another bathroom done. Will not use them again.

I have a few things to share. 1. My sales rep wrote my order up wrong, I received the proper products, but the cut in the tub for the faucet was on the left side verses the right side. 2. They gave me the choice to keep it or they would shearch all over town for the proper one. I choose to keep what we had, but the company still looked everywhere. 3. My disappointment was this, I never got an oppolgy or a phone call from my sales representative or anyone in management about the mess up. I even spoke with someone on the phone as I was listening in on this man an my installer talking about the issue, I spoke to him about my concerns, he never gave me his name nor did he apologize. The next day after he came to my house to do an installation on the copper pipes, I later found out that he was the owner. Omg really, This man was in my house never told me he was the owner and never apologised for the mess up. How unprofessional is that? 4. I can not praise the workers enough. Steven was so apologetic for the mess up and felt really bad. All in all I had 4 young men working on my bathroom for 2 days. Theses guys, sorry I did not get all of your names, but they were fun, friendly, professional, and hard working. Bath fitter is lucky to have such a wonderful group of true professionals working for them. They were never late to the job and left no scrap or debri behind. 5. I had two other companies quote me 14 to 16 thousand dollars, which was way out of budget for me. Bath fitter price was 1/3 the price, and it comes with life time warranty. I would definitely use them again.

Just had a service call and I must say the person they sent was polite and very knowledgeable. Also very informative about what they do. I would use them again without hesitation

Basically the same materials you could pick up at Home Depot for half the price. Used bath fitter because I didn't have time to deal with the installation myself. Huge mistake. Terrible support after the sale. Our tub liner developed a white discoloration near the drain shortly after installation. They sent someone out to look at it while I was at work who refused to honor the warranty, and told my wife "Your husband must have poured paint down the drain." If I was home I would have punched him in the mouth. What kind of idiot would spend $1800 on a new tub and pour pain down the drain? Their "mildew resistant caulk" developed black spots all over it within a year despite proper ventilation and regular cleaning and I had to re-do it myself. I would not recommend these clowns to anyone.
