What a LOVELY experience. Very welcoming. You can tell that the owners take pride in their store & carefully curate really unique items that are SO reasonably priced. I found (4) different items for my kitchen & can't wait to integrate them into my home. BONUS: I walked out of the store feeling like I made a new friend with the owner, Abby.

I love this shop. Lots of great kitchen ware. Also love their hand dipped candles. Staff had always been lovely.

Favorite store. Always help find the perfect items for my personal space, and the quality is unmatched. Great prices on handmade items too- recommend for wedding registries or housewarming gifts. They also had plenty of affordable beautiful things for my starter apt :) never thought table top would be a destination shop for me- now I dream of it! Ps Staff was always so nice putting out fresh water for my dog!

Should be zero stars!!! I've never left a Yelp review in my life, but felt the need because of the shockingly rude treatment my family encountered last Saturday! I agree 100% with the previous review regarding abusive treatment to customers--especially children! There is an older gray haired woman (manager? Owner?) who yells at children and watches them closely as soon as they enter. If a child dares to pick up anything, she literally screams at them. It's disgusting. If you hate people, you shouldn't have a store! I can't comment on the merchandise because I couldn't browse freely without worrying about my children being yelled at! My little boy picked up a small plastic display item from a table and this older saleswoman verbally abused him until he left in tears! She did it to another child too. No families with children should ever shop at Sette. And if she's not the owner, the owners should fire this witch for all the business they are losing because of her! Shameful.

It is a place like no other. Beautiful gift ideas, table settings, glassware. I purchased a set of drinking glasses. Handmade and the store associates pulled out ever glass to make sure the colors matched. When you buy handmade glass the colors can vary. When I have our family visiting from eastern ma, we always bring them to Setts and they always make a purchase. Love all our visits.

What a pretentious snotty place. We accidentally dropped a 2$ candle of the floor. The clerk slammed it on the counter after we were shopping for hundreds in new dishes....and stated " take this out of inventory" in an attempt to embarrass us. I've worked in Retail for 30+ years and this behavior is repulsive. Guarantee it will be last time in this store.

When my family and I visited Sett we had a great time until check out when we were greeted with rude staff especially someone who seemed to be the manager or another staff member. They were rude and cruel to my child and to the rest of my family.

Very very rude manager. Do not bother going here because any question you ask the manager, she talks very disrespectful and full of attitude. I’ve been twice and both times were awful experiences.

This place had some really nice things. They had a a lot of nice kitchen gear. Really had some Beautiful table cloths and placement mates. They also had a nice selection of utensils. Good amount of candle holders and candles for the house. There were some nice hand made from Vermont bowls and plates that were really nice. A bit on the pricey side, however are hand made. They just really bunch of nice little items for the home.
