I mentioned what I was looking for and was directed to the spot, I lifted an item and heard from a distance that it was extra marked down (shout-out to said staff!), tried it on and went right to the register for a very friendly transaction. It's experiences and clothing finds like this that make checking every store worth it!”
“I visited Fluff Alpaca yesterday to do some Christmas Shopping for some very "particular" family members. The store had a great selection of gloves, mittens, glittens and wrist warmers as well as socks, clothing, childrens' items and household accessories. It's a beautiful shop and the customer service was fabulous! I love that the children's' accessories are available for an age range (2-4 years in my case). Since quality alpaca outerwear is a little pricey, it's nice to know that a child can get 2-3 years of wear from an adorable hat and gloves. The shop had a nice selection of clothing and gifts and their return policy is very reasonable. I drove down to Great Barrington from Nassau, NY through Pittsfield, MA, which took about an hour. I drove back home through Egremont/Austerlitz and was back home in 40 minutes. I didn't realize I was so close! I will definitely be returning to Fluff Alpaca. It's a wonderful shop with unique, high quality items.”
“The level of attention the cashier gave me made my transaction better than most! I found shirts I liked that were less than I expected and she was just as happy as I was, that kind of support makes a shopping experience better in my opinion. Plus I was having gift card issues and when I say she was patient with me, I'm really stressing that fact. I'll be back to freshen up my wardrobe for the season change!”

“Got some really nice shirts for my husband here back around christmas. We had a great time out for the day. Stopped at the outlets on the way home and ended up finding some good sales. They don't always have incredible sales like you would expect but if you hit them on a good day like any Outlet and you're able to find things you like you don't have to pay too much for them. Husband walked away with four new shirts jacket sweater and also a flannel!”

“I live locally and head to BR when I need new clothes or have a need for something before a trip. They frequently have 40%-50% off especially over long weekends and near holidays. It's hit or miss on sizing stock especially during the big sales. Pleasant shopping experience. Calm and laid out nicely, (not chaotic)and staff are helpful and keep sizes in a neat order so you can look for your size easily. Recommend!”
“They have plenty of sizes, and styles with low/competitive prices. During certain times of the year they will even buyback/give credit for your old Levi’s!Nice friendly helpful staff! Large dressing room!”

“my son went to the store to get a tuxedo. Everyone was extremely helpful and fitted him properly. They offered to have a tuxedo overnighted to their store in order to get it in time for prom. Excellent service and a fantastic place to get clothing highly suggest.”
