If you like being ignored while standing at the register, Granby Country Grain is the place for you. As another reviewer pointed out, customer service here is poor. They act like they are doing you a favor to check you out. Just today, I stood for more than two minutes as the owner told another customer (who he knows, evidently) about his Ford truck service experience. I had someplace to be and had just spent 10 minutes choosing a product, but no, that did not matter to him: his story mattered. He has bigger customers than me, you see. To understand why this is a place is a nightmare to shop, just look at the owner. I'll never shop her again and will advise my friends and family to avoid the place.
